I worked for Biacoin as a bounty manager (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5288942.new#new). We agreed that payment will be made every week immediately without prepayment. After 6 days, the founder said to stop the bounty campaign ahead of schedule. That's exactly what I did. And the founder said that he would pay me, but to my question: "when will it be?" ... He said wait.
The pay is not very high, but even its founder does greedily pay. I do not recommend anyone to get involved with this project, especially investors. If he cannot pay the promise to his co-workers, then he will easily defraud investors.
