Hi everybody,

XRP is currently very low (€ 0.20). I have some Litecoin coins. Bought at the beginning of January 2018, so considerably less. For the amount of those LTC coins you can now buy a lot of XRP. My question: do you expect XRP's rise to be higher than LTC's? I can easily see XRP for 0.20 go to € 1. So 5x. While this growth seems more difficult to me for LTC?
Lol that's a Joke , XRP to rise Higher than LTC? even in Dream this wont happen , with to much volume of XRP? it won't even reach 10$ and specially now that the Trouble is in their footstep ?
even that "EASILY 1 Euro" than you say will never be Met.

I think there is no point in selling LTC for XRP. The value of LTC and XRP are nearly the same and both of them can pop out at any moment. you can buy ETH instead of XRP. Buying ETH will be a far better decision. if you have a better choice and just choose it.

Sorry but i think i have missed this one ? how come that the value of LTC and XRP are nearly the same ?
on what aspect this happens ? yeah XRP market cap is far high Doubled from LTC cap, but the value ? XRP can't even reach 1$ this year or the other while LTC almost reached 200$ .
Or maybe you are pointing in another currency ?and just mis quote this ?

Thank you for replying! To be clear, I mean to sell LTC (€51) for XRP (€0,21). Both of them are going to grow in a bull market, I hope, but which of the two has the better cards for this grow?

It will obviously gonna be LTC when it comes to growth, XRP is facing a lawsuit right now which I think can make you broke or rich, it depends on the result of the lawsuit so its like 50-50

I guess doing the opposite which is selling your XRP and turning it into LTC might be the better idea? Coz' LTC price movement is more profitable than XRP. XRP price fluctuated in an un explainable way and then dumped again so don't expect too much on XRP right now coz' they didn't solve their SEC issue yet.

Selling your LTC to acquire more XRP might be a good idea and a bit risky at the same time but I guess XRP price right now won't dump further. If so, then better set it on a good buy order price also, set observe LTC price coz' it's bullish right now.

but XRP has Been Used By Pump and Dump yesterday as the value climb up double in the last 2 days but now comes back to the original price.

So  i think this has been manipulated now.

Sorry but what is this ? a question ? then this must not be in market place , you must transfer this to Altcoin Section/ Discussion or Speculation her

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=67.0

But for me personally? having seen how troubled RIPPLE(XRP) now? nope i would rather Keep my LTC than to risk in this having Big case to face.

What does that mean ? OP is asking about XRP and LTC then why come ETH? mind telling what that was?

I never really trusted Ripple. Dumps can come out of nowhere and they print some XRP like the US is printing dollars like Brrrrr.. But it was a pretty good bet from the lows of $.20 to the $.50 it is now.. But still I wouldn’t trade it too much and would just stay with your LTC. That will rise as well and is a bit more stable.

why don't you try other coins that are currently more popular than XRP, BNB for example. for now it looks like everyone is still thinking about buying XRP as they are still waiting for the final results from the SEC.

Don't worry much mate because the post was created November last year when Ripple is really making its way to the top.

Those days XRP is really Pumping but LTC as well i believe .

For sure OP's stand now has changed and for sure maintaining His LTC instead of looking for XRP.

Indeed this is what he is doing now , maybe he had already converted to Doge or even in ADA.

It will obviously gonna be LTC when it comes to growth, XRP is facing a lawsuit right now which I think can make you broke or rich, it depends on the result of the lawsuit so its like 50-50
Litecoin had reached more than 100$ couple of weeks after this OP post , same as Ripple who reached 70 cents almost the same time before the filing of SEC case in supreme court happens.
it might stay that low but actually I also don’t expect from LTC to be much above $200
If you are here back in 2017 then you must Know that Litecoin had already break almost 400$ in that year

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/litecoin/

The All Time High recorded as 375$ and how impossible for this to be taken again?

XRP has a great move considering LTC so to me selling LTC to XRP is good and better after many years of launch the increment is more compared to LTC

I suggest you to don't sell your all lite coin instead of buying Ripple coin. Lite coin is a strong project and it will give you huge profit in future. Ripple is also a strong project but it does not performs as the other coins performs. So, i suggest you to hold some lite coins and buy some ripple coins. In this strategy you will not struck in a single coin.

No one can be sure LTC or XRP will rise first, so it's best to hold both cryptocurrencies. The all-in-one or two trade-offs will make you lose profits if the other cryptocurrency goes up first.
I prefer LTC because at least it doesn't get involved in a troublesome lawsuit like XRP. That looks clean and good for the investment. At least I won't lose money if the SEC wins the case.

agreeing on this mate , because if the case against Ripple was not filed by America SEC surely the progress and increase will continue as the time it was being filed is perfect timing when ripple is having a run to the top l.
But after the case being done and ripple wins , then this is the deciding factor if Litecoin will failed against ripple.
But what op is asking for me is perfect comparing to maintaining Litecoin in which no clarity in moving nowadays while ripple is pumping and dumping nowadays.

Both of them does have different strength and performance, ltc for instance can be quite for some time in terms of price but the moment it start the moment, it becomes unstoppable, and xrp is another coin with strong community and can pull a surprise at any moment,  it looks very calm to me.
