hopefully the new US president has a positive attitude towards cryptocurrencies.  Everyone has a different attitude, so it is possible that the new US government could accept cryptocurrencies as a means of payment and contribute to the growth of cryptocurrencies.

I don't think so. Though Biden looks like a reasonable politician, there's a lot of investment by different businesses and media that controls money in US. I don't think these group of aristocrat would embrace crypto and bitcoin as they would be hurting their business. Democrates are famous for their involvement in corruption. Trump did visible corruption when he is in office but when Biden comes, a lot of corruption would occur on a systematic level. I don't have high hopes from US for crypto.

Too bad trump lost the election to Biden, although trump never liked bitcoin, and so far have not heard Biden say anything about bitcoin, i believe that hasn't crossed his mind yet, so i guess we just have to wait till he assumes office and see what his administration brings, I just hope it will be good for us bitcoiners, because slowly US are becoming an out cast to crypto, so many platform refrain from distributing crypto to citizens of US, due to their regulation system.
Just because president elect Biden hasn't spoke anything about bitcoin we can't state him to be against the cryptocurrency. Once he officially gets into the administration we'll get clarity on the support level for cryptocurrency usage. Somehow the current users will continue using bitcoin even of the government makes some statement against cryptocurrency. Based on his words the market gets manipulated to some level and once again its regular growth proceeds.

Biden just appointed a former chairman of Commodity Futures Trading Commission Gary Gensler as a leader of financial policy transition team, which is not bad cause he seems to be pro-crypto, he testified before Congress against comparison bitcoin to Ponzi schemes.

I think we have the same situation like when trump elected 4 years ago.
I mean there are some people who claimed as pro-crypto settled in a strategic positions back then but nothing happened after it.
So it could be only a coincidental , or we as a crypto enthusiast overreacted on it which i guess it is we are too excited.
I will not expect too much about this. Time will tell.

The election is over, Trump had negative attitude towards bitcoin but what Biden's administration will bring to crypto. The fact that the Fed will continue printing $$ and new stimulus is coming is definitely good for bitcoin.
Never heard that president-elect Biden or someone from his camp made any public statement about bitcoin or crypto-technology, hopefully no tough regulations will be made.
I think there might be a good impact to it , if someone atleast have courage to introduce bitcoin, Well we see that other supporter of Joe Biden supporting him as they sent funds as crypto currency and that funds help him to his campaign, and yet someone really did mention about bitcoin, But are they gonna push it towards the future as they will use it too as payment method for other department store?

I also remember that but later on Trump tweets, he doesn't like BTC. But then anyway, Biden being elected had given a positive effect that it's about to break another resistance. The bullrun is going to happen anyway even if the administration isn't a pro-BTC, this had been overdue since the halving. But if Gary Gensler can help slip some information to make people invest in BTC, it would be good.

Remember this, none among the US president will ever like to draw an open support for Bitcoin because this will further take away their powers in their confers as world Powers. Biden surrounding himself with probitcoin staffers doesn't mean they will accept this technology opening to their detriment, though they might be friendly as usual but won't opening accept this technology against their dollars. They will look more ways to strengthen their dollars than accepting Bitcoin opening.

No i do not think they will adopt bitcoin because if they do  it will be bad for usd because people will buy bitcoin because of its decentralized fact and volatility and if its used in daily transactions and in economy it will be a great demande on bitcoin which will increase its price compared and usd will lose its strength.

I believe cryptocurrencies will be supported because Democrats are not encouraging the Fed to issue more money. Companies across the US are also gradually accumulating cryptocurrencies, American services accept Bitcoin, banks in the US accept Crypto, Americans tend to be more interested in Crypto and invest more. I think the new administration if Biden is the chairman will favor Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies because at least cryptocurrencies are transparent and everyone benefits from them instead of letting the Fed print money.

I don't quite sure if the new administration will be crypto friendly for what I've know most of the government are not in good terms with cryptocurrency due to its volatility and decentralization of it.
We're talking about America here mate and not the whole world so Knowing how The Former President( as he will be replaced soon so it is FORMER) Trump has never been good Towards Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.

But having Biden now as i think more appreciative and practical?
maybe at some point we are facing Good administration and good treatment about our market here.

We are not sure if new president Biden will be bitcoin friendly but if he managed to observe the movement of bitcoin, he would realize that bitcoin may help the whole country to maximize its improvement and to have a better financial system. If biden managed to adopt bitcoin, other countries will surely adopt it and it will be a big advantage for all of us and will be a big step for up coming mass adoption. I hope that biden will be one of the reason why whole world will improve.

There is still time for Joe Bidden to prepare how the decisions that will be taken when later inaugurated as president of the United States, will there be an opportunity for bitcoin to become one of the assets that will be considered for Bidden or even bitcoin has a worse fate like the Donald Trump era. We know each president have different change and mind how they will take action will give friendly for bitcoin as currency payment or not. Although have issues with many donation campaign for Joe Bidden become president of United State from bitcoin investor we still waiting how Joe Bidden take respond with bitcoin in his era or president United State.

We cannot guarantee it will be friendly. Still we should hope for the best as the  time is changing rapidly and people adopted to technology more. Bitcoin is one of the digital currency which is decentralised in nature that get people and administration more adaptive towards bitcoin. Hope new Administration should keenly focused on taking bitcoin to next level. New Administration will work towards adopting bitcoin with good numbers in upcoming years.

Whether Biden is friendly to bitcoin or not, bitcoin has come to stay, despite the fact that Trump said he is not a fan of bitcoin in the middle of 2019 I envisaged that his comment will have a negative impact on the price then, the price just experienced a minor dump before the upward resumed, even in the aftermath of the US election the price had continue to wax stronger and pump, when Biden finally assume the mantle of leadership in state I believed that the Status quo remain the same. I am speculating that more adoption of the coin by many US based organizations based on the fact that some of his campaign donors utilized bitcoin.

Crypto enthusiasts in the US are thinking there is an opportunity. The Biden administration has asked Gary Gensler an ex-Goldman Sachs banker, who is an expert in blockchain technology and who teaches at MIT, to join the team that is focused on Wall Street. The article also mentions that the new administration is expected to seek to introduce innovation with Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.

Trump had negative attitude towards bitcoin
This phrase is misleading and cant find anything to support it. The only comment I knew he made on bitcoin was what anyone or country leader would have said for a speculative and volatile market like cryptocurrency. He does not want to subject the populace to a risky market like cryptocurrency, where most may not even learn the trade and invest on president approval alone. Every investment has its risk like bitcoin but this especially may not be advisable for those that cant take the risk and learn as well.

You can an interpretation that the Biden administration wanted someone who is an expert in blockchain technology to come up with strict regulation. I do not know the views of Biden regarding cryptocurrency and bitcoin, until you hear from them how they are viewing the current market you can only speculate what they might be doing, hoping he will make things better rather than unwanted regulations.

Even though trump used prohibit bitcoin there, but bitcoin is still there now. The trump period is over, now that the US already has a biden as the leader of the country, the question is, is it possible that the new US is friendly to bitcoin? now there are still 8000 bitcoin atm in us.
