and I think we should all agree that players qualified for the Grand Finale are not playing in the The Little Final.

I think it's fair to say that you qualify for 1 or the other, but i'm open to other ideas as well. If anyone has any input on this, feel free to post here or pm me.

I also think the number of tourneys needed to play in order to qualify for the little needs raised if future sites sponsor the tourney. Not really fair to all who played most of the games to get 20 extra players entered for last 2 games. This is also open for discussion.

Of course, none of this matters if noone is sponsoring another tourney. We have had an average of 10 players for this series basically, I could do the math if needed. Anyone participating should be promoting the heck outta these series games so that sites see they are worth hosting. Asking a site to continue shelling out money for an average 10 players is not going to inspire them to host.

I'd say we need an average of 15-20 players per game to keep a site interested, as well as make the games worth playing for all of us.

The "Worlds First Sudo-Anonymous Online Poker Tourament" was played with much success. Everyone expressed their enjoyment and we discussed the possibility of holding further event(s) A big thank you to those who took part and to those who expressed interest, but were not able to participate.

I understand that if there's a GTD prize pool, the less people participating the better for the participants, but, as you said it yourself

I'd say we need an average of 15-20 players per game to keep a site interested

So, at least for the current Series, I'd be more than happy if 10 more players have joined the game.

4 games instead of 2 ? But I really feel that this is probably going to be the last one an. We barely had average of 10 players for each game and this is probably not going to be enough for Betnomi to keep on sponsoring us. Probably something to do with switching the site as most people are comfy enough with swc ( cant blame them on that )

I wonder how many people will show up today, we usually has lower number of participants after 5th qualifiers or so.

Today we support the series from the stands ... I am finishing a manual job that has taken my free time but that has been accumulating over the days ... so today we are betting on my limited manual skills.

As for the tournament, today there was a field of 12 players, 10 regulators and two new ones were incorporated with the nicknames FOMA777 and DesR77.

Right now there are only 9 players left, we went from max6 to full table.

i was pretty card dead all day........managed to stay in the game off a big 2-pair pot and a couple bluffs, but eventually i got short-stacked and ran JJ into KK. the knockout was too fast to screen grab. i'm not even sure who took me out, but good game!

Damn! Was well-poised in the tournament but how can one deny the straight flush draw on flop! It was 7-10s against AA. Got 9-Js on the flop. Had to call all-in raise from Improved. This was one of those kind of hands when you know odds are against you (48% vs 52%) and losing the hand will knock you out but can't help but play the hand. It's hard to control the emotions in such situations.

Well, was duly punished for keeping emotions above the risk management and got knocked at 6th position. It's funny how I am running 3rd overall but only finished in ITM once.

So Teethow ended up made it to the ITM spot. No wonder though as he was running hot throughout the game, he knocked my pocket aces out with Q10 suited ( managed to turn it into straight ). It was a good hand indeed and I should have fold that after the turn card shows up a straight draw. I wasnt convinced that he had Q10 for straight then ended up making silly calls for all in. Lesson learned today

Iirc you just need to go into settings from the landing page once it launches the poker client, then select bet slider. I played one of these a few weeks back from my phone and had to wait until the first break. I was able to set 4 buttons I believe each for pre and post flop betsizings.

I had two similar situations last night! With spades, first time 57 and on flop 64...second time 64 and 53 on flop! I had to call... those hands is really hard to fold, at least for me! It's because of emotions, I agree... I am a believer and that beats my mind and facts!

I see so we both had nothing at all aside from high card if you didnt hit any of your gutshot or flushes but its really hard to make that kind of all in call when you have nothing at all. Good game though

If we are using same blind structure of 100 BB, it doesnt matter even if the starting stack is 100k or 200k chips though because it will be the same as having 10k chips and 100 BB structure. Deepstack should be around 200-300 BB though and it might last more than 4 hours because in the Grand Finale, everyone would be tighter than usual.

thanks mate , I guess my problem is mobile related maybe the screen is too small or it's just like this on all mobiles
it's the betting slider that made my life hard and so the only fix as I see is to keep typing the bet which is also hard on mobile

for the final yeah a slower game might be better , but I really like the current speed for the normal games since last time  I played the series games were taking around 4 hours to finish
