Transactions are Final — Bitcoin transactions are final. Once you send Bitcoin funds to our account, the transaction cannot be reversed. This is a core feature of Bitcoin currency.

$USD — All Bitcoin transactions are communicated in US Dollars (USD). The exchange rate is provided by our partner, Coinbase, at the time of purchase. This exchange rate is valid for up to 10 minutes. If the payment is not completed during this time, you may be provided with a new exchange rate.

Refunds —  The refund will be issued for the full USD value of the order and processed at the Bitcoin exchange rate when the refund is completed. Your refund will be issued through Coinbase using the email address listed on your order. If you do not have a Coinbase account, you will receive an email outlining how to create an account and claim your refund. If you fail to retrieve your funds within 30 days, the funds will be returned to Peninsula Visa as unclaimed.

Cancelled Orders — Cancelled orders also qualify for a refund in Bitcoin. A refund will be issued for the full USD value of the order and processed at the Bitcoin exchange rate when the refund is completed. Your refund will be issued through Coinbase using the email address listed on your order. If you do not have a Coinbase account, you will receive an email outlining how to create an account and claim your refund. If you fail to retrieve your funds within 30 days, the funds will be returned to Peninsula Visa. The refund may take up to 60 minutes to send, ensuring payment for the original order is confirmed by Coinbase.

Additional Services — Charges for products and/or services after an order is placed are not allowed with the Bitcoin payment type. These charges include, but are not limited to: expedited shipping, Premium Support, and PassportProtect. If you need an additional service or product, you will be asked to provide an alternate form of payment.

Payment Anomalies — In rare occurrences, payment anomalies may occur. Below is a list of these events and how they are handled.

If we receive an under payment, no order will be created and after 60 minutes the amount sent to Peninsula Visa will be sent back via Coinbase to the email address listed on your order.

If we receive an overpayment, your order will be created and after 60 minutes, the remainder of the overpayment will be sent back via Coinbase to the email address listed on your order.

If Peninsula Visa nor Coinbase is able to verify the legitimacy of the Bitcoin transaction, your order will be cancelled and you will be informed via email. In this case no funds should be removed from your Bitcoin wallet.

Quote
Under certain circumstances, Peninsula Visa & Courier Service Inc. may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

Quote
The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
