I don't really understand this tweet. What does he mean with the New Universe? Are there more than one? Also game theory is a very interesting topic in try to explain human behaviour. But how does it help to understand cosmology better? Sorry I am not the best physic student.

This guy need to elaborate more, he seem like living in a disconnected world of the reality, may be he is drank.
