The world should grow up. Bitcoin can be used for illegal transactions, bribery or scams as much as any other fiat currency can.

But we are overlooking a huge thing. Using Bitcoin and the underlying technology could virtually eliminate corruption which has dragged down development around the world. The transparency blockchain offers for public transactions could be a game-changer, but first it needs to be implemented.

Bitcoin is beyond the government. They were taken unaware, they tried severally to discredit it and the big banks and mainstream media launched attacks but they all failed, today they are discussing stable coins and block-chain. All previous attacks and rebel against bitcoin all failed.

They failed because btc continues to thrive despite of negative criticisms.
People's ignorance is the main reason why they are thinking that btc is fraud or used only for illegal activities.
Once they learn the technology behind it, either they are mum about it or be converted to crypto user.
So don't really think it is worth rebelling against bitcoin, because there's nothing to rebel for in the first place.

I guess you are trying to represents how people fight bitcoin with the way they using it as an illegal action, right?

It won't ever work until anytime. The government can't easily shot down bitcoin because the illegal action. They should shout down first the illegal action and that is the solution.

With or without bitcoin illegal action will happen, as you can see how many illegal cases that didn't bitcoin and I think it much rather they use bitcoin. Clearly, there will be many people who will ban/dislike bitcoin especially the government, unless we get an education for them to know bitcoin so as they will understand.

Last few months I saw an article, that make me shocked, how some killer open their mouth in the court to tell the judge how the woman paid them with bitcoin to her husband that is making court to start investigating how the transaction was made to carry out such act. Assume it's fiat money she use to pay the killer, do you think the court will still like to investigate the  type of currency used for the operation?
India is trying to Re-ban bitcoin in the country just because some people said is a scam currency.
What is your opinion?
It doesnt matter what currency the payment was made because the important thing here is that the crime must be resolved and the involved must be put behind bars.
this was just being sensational because the currency they use is far different from many people but the truth is?same thing happens in other crimes that use fiat.
i think this is another good advertising for crypto market as this news is really gathering readers and expectant .
and about bitcoin is a scam?common man this has been the issue eversince crypto started and that is having any importance now.

I am not surprised if Bitcoin is used for illegal activities, the problem is what the Indian government is doing to try to ban Bitcoin,
because it is considered widely used for scam activity. In fact, if the Indian government carries out an investigation properly, it should be
aware that fiat currency is mostly used for illegal activities. I see the Indian government as unfairly treating Bitcoin, maybe because
Bitcoin cannot be controlled, so it is considered dangerous.

Bitcoin is employed illegally it's usually anonymous but the govt can control the criminals if they are doing any criminality with fiat currency people can't do anything by rebelling against bitcoin investors can invest in bitcoin as they want they create full profit with none government intervention. Bitcoin may be a sort of cryptocurrency or virtual currency the worth of the coin fluctuates actually it doesn't exist. There's programming through the web system which may be purchased if desired some people have built it using the web system.

A lot of people don't like Bitcoin to start with.

There are a lot of criminals that used Bitcoin in their transactions, from drugs to this, they are just taking advantage of the pseudo-anonymity that it has. People are using it in scams, what I am trying to say here is that all they are doing is use Bitcoin, we don't blame it on Bitcoin, we blame the people/criminals for that because they done the deed.

Bitcoin as a popular digital currency is widely used in any places this time and because of the trend and popularity it is often abused by people. Indeed, bitcoins are often involved to several scam cases but this doesn't change its great features and quality profits to prove that it isn't a scam at all. It has been tried and tested for so many years and a numerous investors and believers can prove its legitimacy. Its just that we cant really avoid those scammers to use bitcoins and ruined its awesome reputation. There are really a lot of fraudsters and criminals that taking their risk just for money, and since bitcoin is already considered as a currency, they found it so easy to fool the people using it in this digital age.

If the judge has no knowledge about Cryptocurrency he can get a resource person, to enlighten him so he can render a good decision, but they do not have to investigate Cryptocurrency on it's entirety, they judge just need to see if there is a crime committed, who commit and why it was committed and render a fair and right decision.

Exactly people are using bitcoin in so many illegal ways like buying illegal drugs from the internet or which to funds some rebel group that can lead to destroyed the popularity of bitcoin, they can use it as they want, because bitcoin is really hard to track to who's receiver is they just can base on addresses , and yeah some of other people are using bitcoin to take advantage to those who wants to learn bitcoin and scammed them at the end this is not the way on how you introduce bitcoin to them.

Some people think Bitcoin is scam because some people are using it for illegal transactions. Bitcoin is not created to scam people, however, there are just some people that making illegal transactions using bitcoin, so they should not blame bitcoin for that.

Bitcoin is an object a criminal can choose, just as a rope can be used to tie someone up and a knife can be used to stab a person. Should we rebel against knives, ropes, and every other thing after reading about it being used in crime? Stop blaming inanimate objects!

Bitcoin is use as currency to pay the killer and since its not quite popular to some people I think its normal for them to know further how the transaction was made and the uses of bitcoin as a digital currency to have a clear understanding.

If we are talking about fiat then there's no so much talk because it is widely recognize as the traditional currency. Its not also unusual to have news pertaining to bitcoin as scam because of those people using it as tool to take advantage others.

We have to deal with this and it depends on us if we are affected with these issues when it comes to using or investing in bitcoin.

Exactly! They make it seem like if bitcoin wasn't available, like they wouldn't use dollar or something else. Bitcoin is a currency. One can use it to do whatever he/she wants. It's not a private property. Anyone can own it, just like anyone can decide to use his life however he/she wants.

It only has a slight effect on bitcoin. People have been used bitcoin for more than 10 years and it has earned a lot of reputations since. Many governments have tried to ban bitcoin and some of them succeed. However, people are getting used to this action. And because of the decentralization, people decide the price of bitcoin through the demand-supply principle. Even if all governments ban bitcoin, it will still the strongest digital currency. The INvestigation is only for elaboration

I don't think they would investigate bitcoin like what they are doing with a criminal being paid in fiat. If that person used bitcoin to pay the killer with bitcoin, why would we even talk about bitcoin? They just used it and there is nothing wrong there except the fact that she paid someone just to kill her husband, not that's a psycho wife right there..

India is trying to Re-ban bitcoin in the country just because some people said is a scam currency.
What is your opinion?

I am tired of hearing about this Indian BS again and again. There is a lot of FUD going on claiming that India is about to ban Bitcoin and this has been going on for almost 2-3 years now. The finance minister has clarified multiple times that as of now no such measure is under consideration. But there are certain vested interests who would like to spread FUD on this topic. If there is a definite proof of the government working on such a measure, we can debate about it. But until then such unfounded rumors must be thrown in the dustbin.

I've heard and read news about the scam and illegality of Bitcoin, but for sure Bitcoin digital money can be used for anything including crime, what's wrong is not Bitcoin but the people who use it.
