HEX.com is launching the Big Pay day on the 19th of November and to make sure that as many people as possible will take part we are launching this campaign to spread the word. If you are a quality poster we want to hire YOU!
Rules & Requirements

Wear the Signature & Avatar.
Make a minimum of 25 constructive posts each week that you participate in order to receive a payment.
Posts in Off-Topic, Games and Rounds and posts in this thread/wherever your Signature is not displayed will not count towards the weekly requirement.
If you have negative feedback from another trusted member or if you receive negative feedback during your participation you will not be accepted or you will be removed.
You can't participate in any other signature/avatar campaign during your stay here, if you do you'll be removed without notice.
This campaign will be open for Full Member, Sr. Members & Hero/Legendary Members.
You need to have received a minimum of 5 Merit in the last 120 days in order to join this campaign.
Each payment will be sent directly to your SegWit BTC address every Saturday (Each week will run from Saturday to Friday).
HEX.com reserves the right to make any changes or end the campaign at any time. Each started week will be paid for in full.

Just a sign of our desperate times. By the way, if you see negative trust on icopress that means you may need to take a look at your own trust list a bit. I see him as +4. Most of his negative trust seems to be from butthurt users while positive trust is from quite a few normal users. Hhampuz always takes care of these things. Negative trust is not a death sentence if you are in general one of the constructive forum participants.

Most importantly, if you are a constructive participant, you generally don't need to proclaim that or defend it.

It looks like you are overreacting, they are just trying their luck and not harming anyone and the decision is in the hands of Dear Manager, and it will be a lesson to applicants what reason they are not accepted.
Mutual respect for fellow breadwinners here is better and giving kind and motivating comments will appear to be of quality. 

Just a sign of our desperate times. By the way, if you see negative trust on icopress that means you may need to take a look at your own trust list a bit. I see him as +4. Most of his negative trust seems to be from butthurt users while positive trust is from quite a few normal users. Hhampuz always takes care of these things. Negative trust is not a death sentence if you are in general one of the constructive forum participants.

Most importantly, if you are a constructive participant, you generally don't need to proclaim that or defend it.

I understand what you mean mate, and I did not comment on you beforehand and only the language that I think is not good.
I have previously said what the reason the manager did not accept and that will be a lesson as a correction and must accept it.

You seem to be hinting that you will change your habits to fit this campaign... I think Hhampuz is looking for people who show natural activity and post messages in their usual sections. The monetary stimulus shouldn't affect your habits as the quality of your posts suffers.

I'll take the liberty to answer this. AFAIK, it has never happened that lower ranking members were accepted for higher ranks, no matter what the quality.  Managers generally accept Hero/ Legendaries for lower positions, if they consent. This too has changed as the demand for campaigns is overwhelmingly more than the supply as it doesn't feel right to deprive the lower positions from their spots.

The campaign run only for a week but it did not discourage me to accept it because I want to work with you as a campaign manager and experience to be part in your bounty projects. I think Hhampuz is a very professional and fair manager so far. Two thing I haven't even seen while participating in some Hhampuz campaign and that are.
1. Never before had seen her accept participant of lower rank to fill higher slot.
2. Never before had seen him accept higher-ranked participant to fill lower slot.

This provide justice for all participant as their application will be considered according to the available slot.
