Be careful, exchange coinegg.com scammers !!! For more than a week my coins have not been withdrawn, they are always in the confirmation status, support does not answer anything, it just ignores and that's it !!!

just make a quick search about the website and you will find out a lot of serious complaint about them like this one

unfortunately they are a well known scam exchange since 2018, and at this point there is not much you can do

Maybe you can tell them your issue thru their official twitter account: https://twitter.com/coinegg_ltd?lang=en. Usually this kind of tactic might work your way as there are many eyes seeing your issues with this exchange, so definitely worth a try in my opinion.

@TravelMug I am not sure it can work or they care about it at least in this case since their last tweet has been made on 4th July ...around 4 months ago.

It's already a week again the support ask to wait. It's really bad. There was some thread like this about coinegg in this forum. But I can not find the solution that those issues were solved. So nothing to do here but wait. If there any official thread of coinegg then we can try to ask them to handle this issue.
