It also said "This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks." which made me felt like it was done to protect from DDOS attacks but I am using my normal IP address so not sure why I am being shown that message. Anyhow, will check back tomorrow and hopefully its solved by then.

They seem to have taken certain precautions against the attackers. Maybe use a VPN and see what happens?

Since the Adkinsbet site maintance is due to a DDOS attack, I experienced my thing with you when using my normal IP I couldn't access it because there was writing in the picture maybe it has become a rule in some areas that are still blocked by so some cannot access without VPN.

I have tried using the VPN to bet the ball there but no problems at all in this case but if developers are willing memperbaik obviously it is better for comfort for us, but not if it has become by its regulatory rules.

I have the same problem, you can only go through the VPN service , they temporarily excluded some countries, you still need to wait until everything is fixed, read the answer here
