No gambling company in the world accepts players who engage in arbitrage betting / match fixing / cheating. They all deal with it in different ways.
Some close the account and don't even refund the deposit. Others pay out the winnings for small amounts and close the account. And others like Adkinsbet in this case close the account and refund the money.
The reason most sites don't openly admit this is to avoid reactions / conclusions like yours.
