I am not sure what criteria you are asking about, but the most important for me is that the project I am promoting is credible. My actions cannot expose campaign participants to a waste of time and potential investors to a loss of money. So verification and research of project is the first thing I do.

Unfortunately, the success of the project is a completely different thing and depends mainly on the developers, idea and market situation.
