Hmm.. Actually nothing changes for me. I still sleep around morning and wakes up by the time I have to go to work. I still go onsite actually. I sleep around 4 to 5 hours a day.
According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

I sleepless than I had before the pandemic maybe because I found something to keep me up,
I had been playing more online games because of the pandemic and I enjoy more time on it so I don't really feel sad or anything about the pandemic.
My sleep depends on my workload and also my games if I don't have any good games to play then I would sleep more.

Now, with isolation, I sleep very bad, saves me only physical exercises that I do 2 times per day, but I have a lot of energy in me and I don't know what to do, I sleep like 5-6 hours.

As adults, we need at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep a day. But this pandemic situation has affected our time table. Almost all of us are sleeping more than the need. For example, I am sleeping 10 hours a day. Also, going to bed lately. Sleeping more than need is causing bad for our health. I am curious to know about you. How many hours do you sleep? How are you managing your time?

I agree with you, adults should definitely sleep 7 hours to fully rest. During the week I try to get my 7 hours whenever possible. For 8 hours it don't fall asleep to fast. On the weeks I usually sleep 8-9 hours.

I used to sleep pretty bad and didn't got these 7/8 hours, but after I changed the job usually, I'm succeeding.
I'm going to sleep pretty early if I need to compare before and now. 22:00 I'm in the bed with book or watching something non-committal and until 23:00 I'm gone.
I feel very good since I can get 7/8 hours sleep and suggest to everybody to change their daily routine, just to get this hours of sleep.

I must admit that not much thing has changed for me in terms of sleeping hours.  Grin  I usually go to bed at 2 or 3 am and wake up at 9.30 or 10 am. I am working from home also and this is the best sleeping pattern for me. I become more energetic by doing this regularly.

I would have said always but, its really impossible but, its relatively so. Working from home could be very daring at times because, you get tired of work every time you turn to see your bed. So, My guess excluding the night rests would be about 5-6hrs. That's about how lazy it gets sometimes but not anymore as it was around the heat of the pandemic only.

You need to manage your time to work while you are work from home. There is no stop time for us if we work from home, and only by managing the time we work can we know how long we need to sleep. Sleeping for 5-6 hours will be better to refresh your mind and body, especially if you can eat healthy foods. You will still be healthy in this pandemic if you can manage your day.

I’m not allowed to go to work through most of the pandemic so I have been sleeping more. There’s not much else to do is there, let’s be honest. I’m really keen for a return to normality but who knows how long that’ll be.

One of the things I want during this pandemic is sleep. To be honest, during a pandemic like now I have a hard time sleeping because I think about many problems, especially work and financial conditions. I roughly sleep 4 or 5 hours at most.

I have never put on a mask since last winter, there was no panic around, so everything is as usual, and I sleep as usual for 7-8 hours.

I sleep about six hours a day because I like to watch movies at night. I usually sleep for half an hour at noon.

still, I sleep for about 7 hours every day. I have work and I need to study. most of the time, I need to get up for work and study at night...online courses can save the time for going to school but it doean't prolong my sleeping time Angry
I think our time table should be healthy, sleeping for too long does no good to our body

The pandemic introduced a new style and method of working , that is " working from home". Because of the flexible nature of working from home, i sometimes find myself being lazy and postponing my work till the late hours of the night. Because I try to combine domestic activities with work, I spend less time sleeping, lets say 4hrs.

maybe because your work is online? and home base so nothing change in your routine , but for us who use to work in offices and now need to work at home , many things really change.

have some gardening or crating some woodwroks , it will makes you busy .
