How to play:

Is your PPT accurate?  Should it be 0.0035 instead of 0.00035 BTC?  Otherwise someone would just buy all 16 slots for 0.0056 btc, less than load value.

As per OP, cheaper raffle tickets as winner pays the load amount on top of it (0.02009BTC). So it's right
