I think this all depends on how we define bullish in respect to different tokens in the crypto currency space; to a greater extent, etherum has been bullish in respect to bitcoin, and so has many alternate tokens. The bullish trend should continue for a while until an external force alters and forces price reset. Until then, look deeper, stay in profit and do your own research,

I think the pattern is going to be similar this time around as well just like the market did last time. So if you are holding good alts the power bull effect will definitely be seen there it is just a matter of time but if you do not want to wait then you should ideally be in btc ir eth as these 2 top coins always enjoy the first mover advantage.

It is always like that mate, there is no guarantee that each coin listed in the market will be seeing equal bulls because it depends on multiple different factors for each coin or project, so definitely this time too some coins will make it big and some will make it small while some will stay around current price levels and some will even lose their current value as well.

I think some altcoins already experienced huge growth before now and some of them are still growing. However, it seems that bitcoin bullishness most times leads to altcoins bearishness and I have been trying to understand why is that. Bitcoin is now in the way of bullish again to reach its ATH (although probably not this year). And some altcoins are following the positive trend of BTC, having good significance in increasing their price. However, let's see on the market, they are increasing, but some are not. The uptrend of the altcoin season is now still beginning, it may start not to know it is for a while increase or will continue again following the BTC.

But to be the same as what bullish in 2017, it still needs time, mate. It may not be as easy as in the past for the altcoins to have its bullrun again and its season again.

More than 90% of altcoins are junk anyway, and we'd be better off without them. I don't think about whether or not any of them will fail. Those that are worth are going to live, and that's what's crucial.

Back in 2017 investors are investing in any coin that they fancy, without thinking about what it will contribute or what it is going to offer, there is a big possibility that the majority of the altcoins will not have their own bull run and will be left behind, investors have learned a lot and they know how to cut their losses and take advantage of the situation, they are now looking on the top coin, not just any coin that can only promise but never deliver.

I am not here to make some claims but everytime the majority feels the same that new highs or new peak is not possible, i have heard this from many people few years ago when market was gearing up for big bull run just like now but people were just in denial that it cannot simply happen but in the end it did happened making many millionaires.

Good altcoins are pumping right now together with bitcoin so I don’t think only one can succeed this year as many are enjoying their profit right now with bitcoin and altcoins. Stop comparing the market from the previous bull run, because this is a different situation and cryptocurrencies are trying their best to survive and I believe that altcoins are also doing great this year, we’re gonna fly high soon.

Of course the altcoin season is coming soon, we just need to be patient until the dominance of Bitcoin drops and the price of Bitcoin is
more stable. According to my prediction, in 2021 there will be an altcoin season, so just keep the altcoins that you have. But it is possible

Bitcoin is growing because of institutional investors. Institutional investors aren't stupid, they can easily see through bullshit of all these shitcoin "projects", they don't buy the blockchain/decentralization/etc, hype, they like Bitcoin because it has proven itself to be resilient and solid. 2017 altcoin rally was largely driven by retail investors who wanted to get rich quick, so they were buying every single shitcoin out there, but this time retail investors aren't joining, and I doubt they will be buying alts this time, because now we have a history that shows that alts perform worse than Bitcoin.

If we are going to check the market then you are right, bitcoin is only the one who is in bullish by this year 2020 but let's just hope that the alts can recover in 2021.

There is still chance that the alt season can still happen like what happen in the past especially if the bull season will be triggered as right now the bitcoin is dominating the alts so we cannot probably see the altcoin season by this year but maybe in 2021.

Which market you are watching, whenever the price of bitcoin rises the entire market is rising along with it, if your focus is the token market that died off then you are watching the wrong market altogether  .
Check whether the project you are watching is dead because all the major alt coins in the market are rising along with bitcoin.

So you mean you want something like 2017? which at that time investors invested in all altcoins blindly so that all the altcoins had an increase in price but in the end many altcoins ended up being a scam, remember my friend, investors have learned a lot from those mistakes and now only top altcoins will be bullish.

This. The market in 2017 and 2020 is really different and most of the people in 2020 already understand about altcoin in depth compared to 2017 where everyone think alt is the new btc everytime a new one emerging.
Can't expect the market to be overly bullish like it was 2017 but I would expect a steady bull run by 2021 but not as crazy as it was in 2017
