I see some Rx480/580 are foundation edition with one fan only and noisy.
Is foundation edition inferior than 2 fans/3fans non-FE cards?

Not just RX580 and 480, every founders edition gpu must be avoided I you want to mine crypto because they always comes with a single fan which is bad for cooling, I could still consider nvidia cards because they are more cooler than AMD and they are easy to tweak than AMD

GPUs with single fan is not advisable because of heat, if you have to go with such GPUs because they are always cheaper than two fan or three fan GPUs then you must prepared another way to cool them while they work, build a mining rack case with enough fans that will help blow out heats

Since you are going for AMD cards it's better to buy cards with two fans or more, if it's nvidia you can get the single cards cos nvidia cooling is way better than AMD's, I have a friend that built 8x gtx1660 GPUs and they all have single fan, their cooling Temp is not even reaching 60°C

The turbine cooling system removes hot air from the computer case or mining farm, which is very convenient for closed-case farms. Video cards with this type of cooling can be installed close to each other.
A turbine cooling system lasts longer than a cooling system with multiple coolers.
It is better to use graphics cards with a turbine cooling system in special cases with good ventilation.
Otherwise, I would prefer a non-reference graphics card.

I'm quit new to all this mining ideas as well and pls don't laugh me out, what do you mean by turbine cooling? I'm just hearing about this for the first time, is there any image or picture of this turbine cooling you are talking about?

Some are good and some aren't, go with asus type or msi for one reason, they have thermal pad install on all their gpu memory chips, this will drop heating drastically, also make sure you get extra cooling equipment like usb fan just in case, I don't like single fan gpus to be honest, two fan are better

In Russian technical documentation, this type of cooling is called: Turbine cooling system, in English it is called blower-style, but I also met the term Turbine cooling
