Bitcoin or any crypto must be worth more than $10 to make a withdrawal, and it is free of withdrawal fee based on this article.
You have to confirm this for yourself, I am not an FTX user. Most exchanges inform you about this on the deposit and withdrawal page. Please check on your own account.

As the above person suggested earlier, it's better to withdraw it equal or more than $10 worth of bitcoin. Anyway I have tried to create an account on that exchange (ftx.com) to see the minimum amount of withdrawal but I can't found anything on the necessary page, if you want to know the exact amount the minimum amount of withdrawal I would suggest to ask it to their support.

as for the withdrawal fee, op can pretty much trust what the article says (which noorman0 linked) since it's from the exchange itself. It's very weird that you have to ask for such info tho, cause the standard is for it to be displayed in the withdrawal section and their support articles.
