Surge is a decentralized peer-to-peer crypto-currency.
It's the next step forward towards bringing changes and awareness to the crypto-currency world and the general public as well as integrating it into various merchants and service providers.

Surge decreases confirmation times making it perfect for day to day use and purchasing of goods/services as well as introduces a promotion system which incetivizes people to spread the word making the coin gain global awareness since a crypto which isn't used or known about is useless now matter how innovative.

The coin works on a principle of rewarding people for spreading the word, increasing demand of the coin which will further encourage merchants to accept it.

Thus anyone without strong mining software can contribute and humanly ''mine'' these coins trough effort.

Surge will be spread in 4 ways.

1- IPCO (Initial Public Coin Offering) - 2.75%
2- Initial Free Giveaway - 0.25%
3- Promotional Coins - 10% over a 4 year period
4- Miners - Rest of the coins


All these are the key to a successful launch and longevity of the coin. The coin has extremely fast confirmation time and could be used for selling/purchasing of tangible goods if the future opportunity arises.

We will have an IPO in which 2.75% (1.375m) of all coins will be distributed upon launch to early investors. This will ensure that the coin receives initial value from the start as well as giving more funds for further coin development (making a more user friendly wallet and GUI, we feel is the key to public adoption and merchant acceptance, as well as covering costs in the initial marketing and development of extra features).

ESCROW WILL BE USED : A trusted escrow from bitcointalk will take your investments and the funds will be released ONLY after the launch and AFTER all the investors have received their share!

IPCO investors coins will be determined by predetermined price of coin + 50% of all leftover shares with minimum of 0.05 BTC and maximum of 2.5 BTC per person!

Any account made AFTER the creation of this post is NOT eligible for neither stage (the IPO or the Initial Giveaway). We want to make the coin widespread and stable on release, having one person own a huge amount of coins initially would be devestating thus the limit!

We have a right to refuse and refund any payment that seems shady or is coming from a multi-accounter.
