BetFury.io RESOLVED - With Thanks!

What happened::

We run many faucets where we send mailings to our users to inform them about new sites. We dedicated lots of time, energy and more to promote BetFury.io and we had over 3,600 referrals. I never took a screenshot to show we had over 3,600 referrals (and never thought I'd need to do so) but I do have a screenshot showing I asked support why the referral commissions from the box is showing 0.0000000 BTC before this incident occurred:

As you can see in the screenshots provided above we did have over 3,600 referrals (I'm Sure BetFury can and should admit this is true!), and yes, our main niche was telling users in our faucets that this specific site (BetFury) is giving away Free 25 Satoshi every 20 minutes ... you can see here what we got from those referrals:



But some of these players also played in BetFury, after all BetFury is giving away this free money in order to entice the users to play in their site, and we did tell the users "The more you play - the more dividends you get for life" (those BFG tokens) - we had some nice activity there likewise:



The issue is as you can see in the last screenshot - all of a sudden, yesterday, 18-NOV-2020, BetFury has changed, without notice - the number of referrals linked to our account - so instead of having 3,600 referrals it shows we have only 283 referrals! (it was 269 when we first noticed it but as you can see we got 14 more, now we have completely stopped the promotion of BetFury)

Amount Scammed:

It's hard to tell how much was scammed, it's more like "how much we will be scammed of in the future" because future commissions they owe us will be far lowered in comparison to what they should be.

These are not only "Free Box" commissions, we had 360 pages of referrals and many users they "deleted" could have made us referral commissions by playing more in their site and now these won't be counted!



Users like the ones shown in this screenshot - their wagers won't be counted towards our legit and valid profits. BetFury has simply wiped out over 3,400 accounts that signed up under us!!!!

Payment Method:

Usually Bitcoin but we had some TRX/BTT due to us as well. In Tether we made fractions and I can admit they owe us almost nothing in Tether. (although who knows if some of these users in the future would deposit via Tether and play)

I am copy-pasting the format from the "Scam Report" page, I don't think this is relevant to this case.

This is the last conversation I had with them about 1-2 hours ago:



They promised to contact me via email, I don't mind they do but in the meantime I am not going to remain silent about this blatant scam of theirs, wiping out so much hard work!

This site doesn't have a lot of traffic but as you can see we did reserve a nice spot for BetFury and had plans to promote them long term. What they did to us is simply a slap in the face. It's totally unacceptable.

One more thing you need to take into consideration - specifically yesterday (18.11.2020) they also changed the amount they give out from their "Free Box" so instead of paying out 25 Satoshi every 20 minutes they now pay out 10 Satoshi every 20 minutes. Suffice to say the referral commissions we now get from this box with less than 300 referrals and only 10 sats is so small:



I noticed yesterday something was wrong with it but seems to me they paid too much Free Money so they now punish the referrer which in this case is ourselves - which is completely unfair and unscrupulous.

I personally never planned or imagined to have a scam accusation myself against a gambling site, I did participate in the past in this forum in other people's threads but personally I never imagined I would have a claim against a website, I am trying to avoid getting into a clash with another site and mind my own business, but this is absolutely a slap in the face and this is why I'm posting it here.

If you give away something for free then stand behind it, and if you want to stop it then stop it but you shouldn't ERASE REFERRALS.

Let them show any evidence such as connection via IP on your referral that they are claiming that done manipulation. There are other casino that do this before on user that has tons of referral in there account. I will support you on this accusation once they don't have evidence to support their claims about your referral.

Try to ask this detail to there ANN thread. If they ignore or insist there claim without further supporting details then we can start doing some necessary action for this issue. DT can make action once there is a clear that will support on tag or flag. On this case, The accused give a reason for deleting the referral which is valid, the question here is whether they can provide proof for that claims since support just said that. I will try to post on there ANN thread to help you.

Update:

They did restore all the referrals, and they now show back in the account - but there is no compensation offered for the downtime and clearly we should have received more referral commissions in the past 2 days, I will reach out to them to ask about it.
