2 users. One spams with topics, one spams with burst posts. Could they be nuked

Two users are productive to make topics and posts. They are different.

LEVSKI7. The user made many posts and accusations on sportbooks with burst posts. The forum rule does not allow burst posting and multiple posts in 24 hours if it is monologue.

cryptoboss2020. The user is a topic productive and created many topics. The issue is his topics are zero value and he abandoned them as topics for spammers. What is his aims to create his topics?
He tried to scam with big loan.
looking to rise quick capital like 5000-10 000 $
im looking for  400-1000$

Could they all be nuked?

1. No zero or low value, pointless or uninteresting posts or threads. [1][e]

3. No trolling.

13. Bumps, "updates" are limited to once per 24 hours per thread. Bumping multiple threads at the same time is allowed if it's not annoying. [2][e]

I don't think moderators will nuke them. Just use report to moderator button and write a appropriate comment. It doesn't necessary to create a thread on meta. Hope moderators will handle your report. If moderators fund repeating same thing from a same user, then they could issue or nuked account if they think.

Topic spammer. Please temp ban or nuke. Spam with zero value posts will be temp ban and I strongly think spam with zero value topic deserves a temp ban.

Scams aren't moderated here so he wont get banned for being a (potential) scammer. He can get tagged though, and he already did by nutildah and condoras.
I do agree with you that he creates threads with no value and spams a lot. Just take a look at this. Not sure if this is sad or funny:

if btc are good and nobody cant take it from you by freezing your balance but the problem is btc are volatility.

The best thing to do is just report his posts as low-value spam and off-topic (if that is the case).

That guy is a known troll, and not even good one, and he is doing the same thing for a few months now. Unfortunately people are still trying to respond to his nonsense in the serious way, instead of reporting how topics . If they can't be bothered to do that, least they could avoid the him.

Regarding the nuking, that's usually done to lower activity no merit accounts that spam forum heavily and despite the nonsense he writes I am not sure that he will get nuked.

The user in question used to be quite active in Economic, now he has turned his attention to Bitcoin Discussion because he has obviously realized that he has much more support there - and unlike many who ignore him for good reasons, spammers don't care if something is a quality topic or pure nonsense.

Although this way of participating in the forum can be quite irritating for most users, we have 2 options - to ignore the user, or to be consistent in reports for low value/off-topic. I think the first option is a lot easier, because people like him don't give up so easily - no matter how many threads are deleted, and even if they get a perma-ban - they show up with a new account and continue with the same nonsense.

Moreover, this user reminds me of some old trolls who had almost identical views - and I wouldn't be surprised if this isn't his only account.
