I don't think the cryptocurrency market is sinking,
I've been involved in cryptocurrency for about three years,

It's not only 15k but it will be 150k worth of bitcoin with a total valuation more than 2.6 billion of bitcoin will have distributed back to its investors. This will become a very very big problem for bitcoin. I will try to secure my bitcoin into another asset if the distribution will happen very soon. It may take a year to be liquidated all of bitcoin from mtgox.

The price I check each morning is always Bitcoins, it gives a good indication across the crypto market in my opinion. After that I check my other coins. The volatility definitely increased in the last two weeks, but on a monthly basis bitcoins are still looking strong. Honestly, if bitcoins manages to finish the year above 16,500 USD it has been an awesome year.

At first I thought that this was an attempt to knock out "stops", but now I see that the fall is not controlled, which means that it is likely that an even deeper fall awaits us.
It is difficult to say what to expect from the market now. I suppose everyone expects the market to turn up, but I doubt it. Most often the opposite happens, the first fall is followed by the second.

Usually that what happens after hitting the new highs but it might not be true in our case this year simply because crypto market is being pushed by massive adoption on every corners.

Our market in the past was simply pushed by all the hype which gonna dump all their money after reaching new ATH so that's kinda obvious that we might have different market movement compared to last year but honestly, no one knows for sure.

Pretty normal really,,, I think a few people were waiting to see if 20k would be broken and they just decided to take profit above 19000. Normal. Plenty more people I feel will be buying it up here, or maybe even a drop to 17 and 16k,,, no need to panic this is perfectly normal.

they are humans too and they need a break atleast one month and they decided to choose the month of december ,
thats reasonable and if i were to choose if what month ill do my break ill also choose the same month because this is the last and the verry special among other months .
for the rest of the people they should take note of this month every year to prepare early if they are going to sell or hodl so that every body is going to be happy .

the current market situation is indeed down, most of the top coins including bitcoin have experienced a significant decline, but for me this is just a market correction. when the time comes we will look back at the highest ATH achievement of bitcoin again. who knows at the end of this year.
