I would like to believe it, but I would still be careful with the term "Instant withdraws". Many companies recommend this, but in practice it turns out not to be instant, but requires manual approval.
This can cause suspicion among customers. It is better to be straight about this. Deposits are also instant? Does that mean we do not need even 1 confirmation of the network?
If this is the case, you can get in big problems with the possibility of double spend.

I like the name lightning poker and it is appropriate. Does that aspect of lightning also affect the speed of the game or site? Or is that just the name?
Maybe some people compare it with lightning network

I've checked the tables, out of all of those tables, most of them are empty and the one that I've seen have at least 1 person inside is only 1.

That's what I've noticed too when I visited the website. When I opened the table theres only one table that has 1 player. The rest was empty though it is understandable for now because they are still new and just promoting there websites.

But I think you still need to do some  effective promotional style to gain more players, improve your layout, make some welcome bonus offers or do some signature campaigns to promote it.

Well, I can't say I am sure that free rolls can help! Maybe if the site is ready to spend a lot of cash to organize free tournaments with some higher prizes (only way to attract people) and to run them for a month or longer! But when that ends many people will just walk away, they are there for free play, not for playing poker and risking their own money.
Most poker players have their favorite places already! To move them from their favorite place you need to offer something extra. The hard truth is that crypto people are more into lucky based games (dices, slots..) and sport betting than in poker! Who play poker knows that, it's enough to open some crypto poker places and you will see how many people are online and how many people play cash/tournament games!

Freeroll as of now is very common and that was good marketing for them so that we cant try to gamble on their site.

However, upon checking the website, I have seen that all the tables are empty, if this is new then better to have a good advertisement in order to attract players. It appears to me so dull if you can make some changes to the design it's a plus for me.

Any modifications to the L-P website and educational materials and documents require additional development work.  To do this, you need to devs time and appropriate remuneration for the programmer and game specialist. 
Whether the project team has such opportunities, we do not know.  But in any case, such data in the project would be useful even from the standpoint of its additional advertising.

go to your LN personal wallet, click deposit, create and copy the invoice, then paste it to the withdrawal box on the Lightning-Poker.com website.

You have to look at the site again, you will find play with free, they have a free table for testing such; Sofia and Cairo table. just choose one, Sofia you will get 2000 free chips and in Cairo you will get 20K free chips. but those all just dummy you can't withdraw it. And of course, no player to play with you.
