Allow me to argue, regardless of the context of a country's economic development or even destroying the economic equilibrium system.
In this case, in my opinion, it will not have a stable impact, even though by making as many banknotes as possible and distributing them voluntarily without any conditions, it will not actually happen.
how could a country allow this to happen. And if paper money is one measure to ensure the welfare of society, then what will be the effect? In fact, going to the balance of the state, many factories will stop operating, one by one the workers will stop. and I think chaos is everywhere.

When you have too much, its value starts to lose and that's where inflation emerges. Even if the government will do this (that I doubt they will do), prices will start to increase even before the lower classes can get free money which means they will just suffer even more. I don't know about this one. If the government would just start printing indefinite amounts of money, the hole economy would collapse. Why would anyone sell something today for 100 usd if he can get 1000 or 10.000 usd for it in a few days? Once people lose faith in the currency a huge shadow market will create other currencies, like only paying in gold or other commodities.

The state does printing money, there is a calculation, it cannot just print money and distribute money to everyone.
If any country dares to do this, I believe it will destroy the country's economy. That's the stupidest idea I've ever heard,

How is that going to solve the economy problems? It is not going to help us at all. There are better things that the government should work hard to do for their citizens, and this is not one of the ways.

The government should do better by increasing wages at this time, seriously this has been an issue for people where I live, the price for things like foodstuffs has really gotten high and most people are not able to afford these things, and the government is not doing anything about it, they are not increasing for their workers?

These are things that should be settled, so many things that I have in mind, but saying it all doesn’t make the government change their mind.

It's not gonna solve economic problems, in fact it will worsen it. You can't just print out money out of a whim, there are guidelines and requirements need to be met in order to ensure that the money's value is kept at a balance. If you can't realize that, maybe try listening more to your economics class. That helps a lot in making sure you understand the basics of how this world works now.

Money have value only because people see it as a means of exchange. Giving that means of exchange for free to anyone will destroy its only purpose.

Like a painting of Mona Lisa has value because there's only one. If you start printing exact copies that are unrecognizable and giving them to people for free you'll make the painting lose its value.

That's exactly the truth. Hyperinflation will never do any good as it may seems to you. Printing of money becomes futile if it is done excessively. The plan you have in mind will just bring chaos because the value of money will decrease if there’s a lot of supply. Just like what happened during the World War 2 in Philippines whereas the Japanese government printed tons of paper money which later called “mickey mouse money”. It has a very small value because of hyperinflation. Unbalanced money supply and resources supply equals much more expensive goods.

Nowadays, the government of each countries are more wary of effect of inflation that’s why they’re also being careful of the decisions they are making. They never want to commit the same mistakes in the past. Printing excessively will devalue the worth of money. The ratio of the money circulating in a country must be just enough to the goods, services, and resources offered.
