Buying a license earlier would certainly increase credibility, but wouldn't it be wasteful to pay for two years for an unused license?

I see a few red flags here; maybe they are the reason:

1) OP is silent too
2) ANN Graphs are of terrible quality. This is not the way to build trust in a project.
3) No MVP or anything else working
