Last, the self exclusion policy I believe needs many fixes. As a problem gambler myself, i can say that the process is messed up. For starters,

After that 1 day is over, you have to say how long you want to be banned for. I have started the self exclusion policy 3 times. Two of those times, I had not checked my email (as I really dont often) and had forgotten to respond to stake about my account ban. 24 hours after the
cooldown is over, your account is automatically banned without a single restriction, which I think is not good for problem gamblers as I was cooling off IRL and did not check my email. This allowed me to go back and lose more each time.
