I am looking for some nice quality books (or documentaries) to read about Bitcoin, Blockchain and the whole ecosystem. I am asking this here because there are so much information pollution on the internet. I will be deeply appreciated with any advice.

In my opinion this is the greatest bitcoin related book you can find out there: https://github.com/bitcoinbook/bitcoinbook

If you're searching for a "library", though, here's a nice thread to see: [RESOURCES] Free bitcoin/blockchain/finance eBook. As long as you "dig up" this place, this forum, you'll find out that no books can replace this kind of knowledge.

You can check out; The Internet Of Money by Andreas M. Antonopoulos
It's a recommended read for beginners.

If you're looking to dive deeper into the technical aspects of Bitcoin; Mastering Bitcoin by the above author is also a good read.

I read some books about bitcoin before and I bought it to the mall and the information is good. It's good to you that you are looking for books about bitcoin because there is some information that is not true about bitcoin but here in this forum once you have questions about bitcoin it is free to ask and for sure you will get accurate and legit answer to your questions. But about blockchain I did not read any books yet and Im looking also to gain my knowledge about the crypto.

This. OP, It'd probably be best if you tell us what you're interested in specifically though. The technicals/development? Content for beginners or as a gift for non-bitcoiners? The economic/monetary aspect?

the above two for sure are great books as all Antonopoulos' but:

  • Ethereum is changing a lot its foundations lately, so perhaps I would wait an updated edition
  • Lightning is under active research and development, so that book is not to be intended as a "consolidate bible" as Mastering Bitcoin

Being the original question about the whole ecosystem, I also would add:

PS I hope to soon discover a "Mastering Bitcoin 3rd Ed" dealing with Schnorr, MAST, Taproot   <3

If you are referring to physical books, there are tons of books about cryptocurrency and BTC on your local libraries, but if you want to be updated with each cryptocurrency, best advise would be to surf all over the web, I've read one book about cryptocurrency, mainly Bitcoin on our local school library, it contains the history and how Bitcoin works, I'm sure you'll get lots of different topics of books about cryptocurrencies like BTC, ETH, etc.

If you want to whip through a non-technical book, there’s a recent one I’ve been devouring these past few days called "Bitcoin: Hard money you can’t f*ck with", by Jason A. Williams.

The autor is the cofundor of Morgan Creek Digital Assets, alongside Anthony Pompliano and Mark Yusko, and goes on to cover bitcoin focusing on its role as money, as opposed to the current inflationary fiat systems in place, skipping all the techy stuff. The book is full of stories and historical information, that I found to be a page turner all in all.

What's your current opinion of it compared to The Little Bitcoin Book[1]? Jason Williams' book(based on the book's description) seems to be for beginners as well and it's getting a good amount of attention on Twitter, so I might grab this one so I can decide which one will be my go-to recommendation book for beginners.

Bitcoin: Hard money you can’t f*ck with is not really a beginner’s book, nor a non-beginner’s book either. It strips the technical narrative of bitcoin (slight references to it of course), and focuses rather more on the economic potential that it has, not so much from a speculative point of view, but as hard money. This is the pivoting centre point.

The index and the first four chapters are available for preview here:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08PKYQDGC/ref=rdr_kindle_ext_tmb

I haven’t read The Little Bitcoin Book (yet). Going over its index these seems some common ground, but I can’t really compare them properly untill I read throght it properly.

I just googled it on the internet https://bookauthority.org/books/new-cryptocurrency-for-beginners-books

There are many books that you may read online to learn more about cryptocurrency, you may also learn about cryptocurrency with the help of this forum, on my part, I never read any books about cryptocurrency, only this forum is enough for me but if you are really looking for a book just to be entertained and to learn as well, then you may click the link above and choose what books that may suit you.

To better understand what blockchain is about, how it works and where it can potentially be applied, I would recommend a short paper "Blockchain Technology: What is it good for?"[1] written by a famous economist Saifedean Ammous. His book "The Bitcoin Standard: The Decentralized Alternative to Central Banking"[2] is also brilliant and must-read.
