Does anybody know, when Ioat withdrawal is due to start working on HItbtc?

Does anybody know, when Ioat withdrawal is due to start working on HItbtc?
None knows about that dude and the only HITBTC team will able to answer your question and you can monitor it through this news

If hitbtc has not yet released any announcement about the continue for the IOTA service and it will never be enabled. So many times people have asked the same thing on the hitbtc telegram group and the admin gives no definite time to open withdrawal for IOTA

IOTA is still under maintenance and there's no announcement how long it proceeds.

Instead of waiting HITBTC enabling deposit and withdrawal option for IOTA, why you not convert to other coin/token? Seems it's much risky to hold if the coin can't be deposited nor withdrawal.

That is exactly what I think too. Withdrawals/deposits are off for IOTA, but trading is not. Trade IOTA to another crypto and withdraw. Because this is the best choice if you just want to sell it. But if you want to send it to a more secure wallet, you can send it to another exchange and convert it to IOTA again.
