If a court order or legal notice is issued regarding an illegal activity, money laundering, or malicious hijacking of someone's account, the administrator may freeze the account in question.

Management and Transfer Transactions
The contract manager is initially the account that migrates the contract. If it wishes, it can transfer all management powers.

Hello,

I don't see how you are going to do this, no mention of it is given.  You just say it will be worth a gram of gold and stable to that, but how are you doing that, where is the reserve of gold for this??  What if I want to redeem my coins for the actual gold, how does that work, I am sure many would be interested in that as well??  This announcement is thin on important details that should be there, please add more!!
