Best war movies you have seen!

My favourite war movie is Stalingrad from 1993 (The story follows a group of German soldiers, from their Italian R&R in the summer of 1942 to the frozen steppes of Soviet Russia and ending with the battle for Stalingrad.)

It's a bit old and not the best quality but a unbelievable good movie, a must watch in my opinion.

the war film that impressed me the most was '300'...
I heard it was a true story, so it amazed me with the strength and dexterity of the 300 warriors. I really like the old war movies that fight using strategy and horses, not just using guns and bombs.

300 was cool, I also enjoyed World War Z (isn’t quite a war movie but has war in the title & is a cool movie). Braveheart is a classic also.

I have watched those movies that has been mentioned above, 300 and World War Z.

I had a glimpse of Saving Private Ryan when I was younger but totally forgotten the whole plot.

I also liked Extraction of Chris Hemsworth, this isn't an actual war movie but there's an army scene and the whole story, I totally give it a thumbs up.

When i think of war movies the first one that comes to my mind immediate is Saving Private Ryan
It is such a good portrayals Normandy in World War II.  Steven Spielberg is my favourite Director too.

Hi guys,
I really liked ''Lord Of War'' with Nicolas Cage it was amazing movie and i truly recommend it !

The other war movie is a comedy with Jonah Hill  ''War Dogs'' really funny movie and in the same time suspenseful.

Check them out they are not classics like ''Saving Private Ryan'' and etc. but like i told you i recommend them.

I've seen a lot of war movies but my absolute favorite and 1917 (2019 movie) I've seen a lot of war movies but my absolute favorite is 1917 (2019 movie) two British soldiers save 1600 people, the atmosphere of war and the tension that was there have been perfectly recreated

I have watched this and really full of drama and action,one of the best War movie i ever had.

My favorite is  "Three Kings" in which they are for the Treasure on the saddam government .

and also Black hawk Down my first ever love war movie.

True story... LOL.
Well, the idea of 300 is based on a true story. But do you really think the enemy was THAT inhuman and cruel? I think they were just a "normal" big enemy force.  

My favourite is "The winter war", which is an unbelievable true story.

A war movie that really got my interest was American Sniper I was really shocked that it was a true story.
I also like Gladiator and other kind of movies connected to the old times.

Gone with the Wind,Scarlett is a very individual woman, and Captain Ritter Butler is also unforgettable. Vivien Leigh reflects the independent and self-improving character of women in that era. Captain Ritter Butler was so charming, he smiled and said, "That's your business, dear". For Scarlett, Captain Butler really did his best, Scarlett woke up too late, "tomorrow is another day" is the most true lie.

300 was cool, I also enjoyed World War Z (isn’t quite a war movie but has war in the title & is a cool movie). Braveheart is a classic also.

300 and Braveheart are my favorite jams. World War Z lost me when Pitt found a pristine soda machine in the middle of the zombie apocalypse.
