Did anyone see the live chat with Danny?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F7ieulSi7zY&feature=youtu.be&t=11m08s

It looks like we are going to get payback after the court hearing on March 31st.
As I understood they had like 9000 BTC that distributes to us shareholders. How many shares total were in NeoBee ? How many BTC per share would we get? That is going to be the question plus if any random roadblock pops up as seem to often spoil his plans.

Sounds like a great deal. I have a bridge to sell you, but you'll have to send the BTC to me before March 31, this thing isn't going to last very long.

What reason would he have to lie though? He could hve just disappeared long ago.

What reason would he have to rob you guys?

Why would anyone trust a word this guy says?

What plausible reason could there be for him to disappear for years without explaining what is going on and screwing over so many people?

Weren't the shares not really shares, just a deal to get a portion of the profits for 2 years, when are those 2 years up? Could he just be showing up and trying to claim legitimacy by getting around that?

I dont believe his intention was to rob. He stands in a very long line of incompetents, who completely misunderstood what it takes to start and maintain ambitious projects. Agreed, he ran like many scammers do, but look what he has done......he is back. How many low-life scammers do that?

I personally dont trust what many people say. Its meaningful actions that count.

His excuse for disappearing is that there were threats to his daughter from an employee, and that the Cypriot police were fabricating evidence/statements, that he was going to have to face on his return to Cyprus, so he stayed in the UK. People can make their own judgement how valid those reasons are.

I didnt hear the immortal question...."why are you back?" IMO, he didnt want his law degree studies (and eventual qualification), to be over-shadowed by what happened at Neo-Bee.

He's back because he's an asshole thief who thinks being back will either bring him more joy by trolling you or help him to con someone else for his next attempt. How can someone who ran from a warrant for years be licensed to practice law anywhere?

Did he get "threatened" before or after he robbed people. What evidence was fabricated? He took money, he didn't do anything with it (except buy a car).

How can you expect to not get robbed again in the future when you give the benefit of the doubt to the obvious thieves?

Time to roll out the scammer bingo card:

"FUDDERS. They are to blame"
"If I wanted to scam why am I still here?"
"People said bad words about me"
"We wuz haxxord!"
"Whoops. Soz!"
"Dev went rogue"
"I have no fucking idea!"
"If you send me money now, I'll give you some of your coins back"
"Bad guys threatened my family"
"Who are you again? What year is this? What is this thing you call 'beetcorn'?"
"I can't remember the password to the wallet"
"I tried but it didn't work out. Soz."
"You try making a business work!"
"Hey, plenty of businesses fail."
"You shouldn't have invested more than you were prepared to lose"

etc. etc.

I have been waiting quite a long time to hear the end of this tale. Since the facts stated will be discoverable for future trials, what Mr. Brewster says in the minutes will be as binding as cement. I hope this is indeed a cogent story.

I will say this. He had very little incentive to resurface. I am intrigued, and I will reserve the rest of my comment for a few days.

I hope we get at least 30-40 % payback. Even MtGox got about that.

That would be awesome, although I'm not that optimistic.

I think Havelock sends the shareholder list to the issuer.

I'm shocked that someone who has been as open and honest as Danny this whole time would leave everyone hanging after the date of the announcement like this.

really out of character.
