Found cheaters / scammers always follow me

I have found 3 cheaters / scammers who always follow me to double register and also steal my bounty reports, and all of them are NEWBIES, from the first I give redtrust and the second I also give redtrust and the third I also give redtrust, I don't know why it can happen to my account, I have to make a thread on reputation to open
