Adding a worker in HiveOS

Can someone help me out here, please.  I have started using HiveOS on one rig. It works fine and I want to deploy it on all my rigs.

Now, when I try to create another worker, it simply would not let me. See attached pic.http://www.eb3d.co/worker.jpg

What am I missing?
Why would it not let me add the worker?
Why did it let me add one worker, but not another?

I would really appreciate some help here.
