Zu der Nachricht kommt es automatsich vom System wenn ein Beitrag gelöscht wird.
Also wenn ein Moderator/Admin oder eben der Thread Ersteller (wenn es ein self-moderated topic ist) etwas löscht.
Dieser Vorgang ist zu erklären... viele andere Dinge hier aktuell aber nicht
