And just as i thought there is no team information on the website i have look around the website for such information but i can't find it, or the information is hidden somewhere that i miss it, concerning the low risk talk, i believe every invest (especially crypto investment) carries the same amount of risk, if care is not taken you will lose your money, either risk is risk, there is no point in classifying it,

I could only suggest you not to invest in a large amount of money in a new project because we do not know what will happen to that project, even if you say that the project is low risk. I would not invest in the new project because I have a bad experience in the past, and I do not want to have the same experience. One of the things you will need to understand is, the project team can say whatever they want just to make their idea sellable and attract the investors they want, and hence the best way to go about it is, focusing on more of their experiences and skills in relation to what they said, they will develop.
However, in the case of this project, because they have no ICO, there is every possiblity the team will try their best to develop a good platform because it is their funds, also, there is every possiblity the team will use the fact they are funding the project to attract enough investors then gradually abandon the project. Also, the exchanges they are listing on are not too good but justifiable since it's their personal funds and they would rather start from a small exchange and grow to bigger exchanges to save funds.
Nevertheless, my own opinion is, study the project more and know the seriousness of the team, and their working product which is very important as it goes a long way in showing their desire for the project and lastly, invest what you can afford to lose because many new projects do not last long.

If its about investment, then there is no project without risk.i haven't found any clear whitepaper that helps user to learn and analysis about this project.so I'm unable to analysis and fail to know more details about it.although team claimed that, they are working on it and they'll publish the whitepaper soon! - technologies
- development community
- marketing plans and market promotion
- the target audience
- ...
And you must understand that the presence of answers, and even "beautiful" does not guarantee anything. ^ Definitely right, when we are talking about the investment it includes risk, and that is impossible to low your risk upon investment.
I consider a new project should belong to high risk because you even don't know their main goal even though it seems to be a good project but it ends up as a scam. But I respect everyone's decision and if OP wants to invest, OP should have his own research before investing new project and don't rely upon other's opinions. Nevertheless, I don't see a negative side on that project upon having quick research but I suggest to have deep research if you want to risk your money.

IMHO, I think we should not let our guards down on every project so that we can minimize the risk. Because it doesn't mean that they all provide all the necessary information about the project we can just say it was already a low-risk project? remember the risk is always present in all crypto Investments. thats the fact so by all means, we should stay focus and choose to invest in the more stable project and that's what I think should be done.

you should be careful because not all projects are good. scammers can happen anywhere even though Bitcoin and crypto markets are doing well.
