Even if they wouldn't be facing a lawsuit, actually I have a very little expectation from XRP's price to increase at a great rate in the future. It went up to an awesome level 3 years ago and reached $3.84 which was really great. But now, XRP is not showing the same performance even though there is a boom in the market.

Yeah i think so.. this is the reason of the crashing of XRP. But if we look at the coinmarketcap XRP price in the mid of this month was almost $2. But now the price is decreasing and I hope this is just temporary.
