Who will buy a red-tagged account? I don't think even someone will try to hack that account. So, changing passwords and woke after a long period doesn't mean the account was bought or hacked. Posting behavior would be change even after one year, but this user woke up after 4 years.

Anyway, I don't think any red flag appropriate here since already tagged. Account already worthless.

If you use the flag against @imane, it must also be used on the Alt @imane account, if it's just one account, it's useless @imane can still use another account to do something he wants to do.

Due to various concrete red flags, I believe that anyone dealing with this user has a high risk of losing money. (This flag will only be shown to guests/newbies.)

I think flag type 1 is appropriate here according to its definition. Four dt members have tagged the account but guest will not know unless there is a flag created and supported.

No need to be the accounts active. You can create flag now and share here. If anyone supports this flag, they will support the other flag also. That would be good as you may not notice when the alts get active.

So, supported all the flags, but none of the dt members have supported the flag till now. Hopefully they will soon and save the newbies/guest from being scammed.
