If you have multiple computers, you can run it on all of them simultaneously.  You can also install a tiny wordpress plug-in on your blog to ask visitors to help you generate bitcoins and have their payouts sent to your wallet (see http://www.bitcoinplus.com/miner/embeddable for details).
I would be very careful about running unauthorized code on other people's computer.

Great list, but maybe the first poster could add the faucet and the others to the list - for the sake of simplicity. On a side note, which of the mentioned services provides the best returns? If i only have 15 min of spare time which should i focus on?

Short review:

http://dailybitcoins.org

Of the four, Dailybitcoins is your best best. Refresh the page until you get a decent reward. Come back every 24 hours.

https://freebitcoins.appspot.com

I have not used Freebitcoins.appspot because I do not want to log into Google.

http://www.wesmeredith.com/bitbybit

I did not use Wesmeredith before it was placed on hold.

http://bitcoinpyramid.com

Unless you make a deposit Bitcoinpyramid will not help you much. The formula to get free bitcoins favors members with higher deposits first. Members without deposits will almost never get any free bitcoins. You can recruit new members and get 50% commission on their deposits. Free recruits are also given using the same formula for free bitcoins. Bitcoinpyramid is therefore an investment. You will not receive any bitcoins unless you make a deposit and/or recruit. http://bitcoinpyramid.com/stats

http://bitcoinplus.com

I have not used Bitcoinplus. If you can only CPU mine, you should mine Litecoin and then sell them for Bitcoins.

http://www.bitcoinflower.com

Bitcoinflower used give out one bitcoin per day but it is now in winter hibernation.

I myself have been mining LTC for the last few days, and I can back up prior comments about Bitcoinplus: Unless you have access to alot of good computers and have the time to wait, then it's fine. Otherwise, LTC is the way to go; even on slower systems at least up to mid-range P4's, LTC is good as of right now, but of course it's still time consuming when you consider that ~200 LTC = 1 BTC, as of this post.

Dailybitcoins is also good, although I wasn't aware of refreshing the page having an impact on how much one can make. I thought that was simply random and not-too-common an occurence.

Hi Albert,

You are correct. The reward amount is random not cumulative. However, each time you refresh you get a new change for a higher reward. I have it open on a tab that I refresh as I browse throughout the day until I get a good reward. Sometimes it take awhile.

If you click on the ads you are supposed to get a better change at a good reward. I few times I have gotten a high reward almost immediately after clicking on the ads, other times it didn't it did make a difference.
