afaik sock puppet accounts are always used behind proxies or tor, so there is a very little chanche also for an admin to catch these users.

As far as you know? I'm sure many use proxies but many also won't, but having alt accounts isn't against the rules anyway, but some sig campaigners disallow them to one per user (but they're also even harder to spot, well, unless you signed up on roughly the same day and post in the same threads one after the other ). |

You can just post that you're renewing with your post count after receiving the payment. If you don't, but keep the sig, I'll probably sign you in anyway Yes you are right after receiving payment you need to post again your post count and address for next month registration
