What has been your longest streak of dice losses using martingale ..?

I have had the same before. You loose a bet, want to recover it and place a higher bet. You again loose and keep increasing and increasing your betsize until you go bankrupt. I think every gambler can relate to this feeling. Luckily you have controlled yourself and didn't loose everything.

My longest negative streak was 13 and lost already everything thanks to martingale  . So I know that martingale doesn't work in the long end, but still play it from time to time.

I myself experienced 23 losses streak, this has been terrible for me. Especially for gamblers who experience above that number, I find it hard to imagine
how much bankroll to spend. Therefore, my advice is that if you get a large enough profit when playing dice, stop immediately. Because  if it continues
it will definitely end badly.

I will agonize if it reaches that number my longest was 20 I just can not stop because I've already lost a lot, might as well gamble everything I've got, after you got in the 10th it's hard to resist to stop you are in a position of no return and hoping that the next roll will show a positive outcome, this is where you realize that the house edge has overtaken the game.

Experiencing a loss streak of 13 and higher us just devastating and might ruin your hole bankroll. It's hard to know when to stop because with only 1 win we would recover all our previous losses. In the end there is so much luck involved in gambling. We need a regular beside our gambling activities to cover our potential loses and help us to keep playing on a regular basis. However if we don't play we don't have the upside potential at all.

You are so right and its not easy to stop when you are losing because frustration creeps into mind and I have had countless nights in past when I was gambling and once I start losing I get more and more frustrated and sometimes I just kept betting because I felt now since I have lost so much there is a good chance to win back some.

Martingale is deadly and 7-8 lose streak is easy and very common to get either on winning side or losing. The real problem is that if you get lets say 10 wins in a row and you are betting 100 satoshi then you only win 1k satoshi but the same happens during losing then you will lose 51.2k satoshi which is humongous!

In my case, in 2018 I loss 32 times one after another using the dice system on freebitco.in.

I remember, me and my brother visited a casino in our home country. We just received our monthly savings from our parents and my brother decided to gamble half of his savings since we will be going on a vacation on the next day. He had around $500 at that time and he started gambling $2 from betting either RED, BLACK, or GREEN colors. He lost 8 consecutive times which amounted to $256. At his last bet, he used his personal money and he actually won $1024 and from there, we stopped playing.

I usually recommend the martingale strategy of betting if you have sufficient capital to fund your every bet. The reason on why you bet twice the amount every time you loss is that you can recover such losses in one bet. Though risky if you have a losing streak, but as long as you have the money to fund every bet, then I highly recommend this strategy.

The answer depends entirely on the house edge that the player plays on and his luck on the day. Just because someone hasn't hit 40 reds in a row doesn't mean that it won't happen probabilistically.

I've personally only seen around 17-18 reds in a row at max for 50/50, but I've heard stories of way worse. Remember that you cannot "plan" your bankroll to absorb these losses and expect to turn a profit by using martingale - your EV at the end of the day is still the same.

If you still have that 12 btc or at least 7 btc, that will make a lot of money. I am sure you can learn from the mistake, and you do not try to recover your losses because to recover 12 btc will need a long time and needs huge money to start. But if you have luck, you can get 12 btc in a short time.

We all have the biggest losses we got from gambling, but that does not mean we should recover the losses because that can add more losses to us. We should think about the future that we want to change, and if we are still playing gambling, the chance for us to get better will not be too big.

Yes, that can happen. You can become bankrupt sooner or later. Although this scheme works with other games. But the chances of losing everything are always there. Especially when the excitement makes you stop thinking rationally.

Good thing that you almost recover those losses, better than losing everything. You are correct, once excitement and greed feds up you'll almost forget to think rationally, thinking that luck is always there and keeps you in the winning side. Only to realize that everything just went out and your losing streak emptied your funds.

Luck plus good timing gives you privilege to win over the house, you need to think wiser and always ahead. small
