If the project is legitimate and has a team of professionals who can really push the project further only in that case project continuous even if there are not sufficient funds generated during the crowdfunding. Are these NFTs also available on sites like OpenSea or they are limited to your site only. Listing NFTs on other sites give wider visibility and more profit to investors. Since its better to buy NFTs that are on top NFT sites.

Going through your project I have feeling that there are too many similar projects already in the market. So you have to do some extra efforts to get success. Market is very much saturated these days and point of entry for new comers is very hard.
