It's highly unlikely to happen because I don't think Biden has the courage to take any such drastic step! The economy of the entire world is in distress and US is no exception! While US moved to debt based economy back in 1971, they had a long term planning! So a system of this scale, can't or won't be abolished within few years of time! As per the purchasing power of the currency, USD still holds world's leading position! So I don't think Biden will gamble on such big things!
