I don't know about you but Ethereum is no shit coin, just because it dumps more than bitcoin doesn't mean it's a shit coin, we all know every crypto follows bitcoin market movement.

I didn't loose any money staying in Ethereum, I bought a small amount of it when the price was still below $1000 and currently I'm in profit, eth doubled the amount I invested in it,so for me eth is no scam, it has even broken the previous ATH, I'm expecting it to hit $2000 before the bull run ends, don't forget the price of any crypto is determined by demand and supply.

The hate of @muenze on ETH is very obvious, I'm wondering what made him/her hate ETH that badly.

Everything is possible though but we shouldnt really crossed out the fact or the possibilities that it might happened once again but to look on whats the current position
of the market then its really hard to believe that we would really be going back into those digits.For now the best thing to be done is to utilize these movements for your
own benefits or advantages.It doesnt matter on where it would be heading as long you do make profits on short time basis then that what matter most.

Most of the coins now use eth blockchain in their contract, but now eth has its big competitors named binance chain and polkadot. But ak believe that when bitcoin pumps it will be the same for the eth, but takes some time. I don't know if the eth 2.0 is already released with this we can expect that eth will continue to grow higher and higher maybe what we can see in the market is just a dip, sooner or later it will show more patterns that can help us to say what will be its next movement.

today 1 ETH is now at 1400 level which can still go higher. most times these projects developments usually takes time thats why investors think they are wasting time and slow. until its fully achieved before investors and outsiders see the real purpose of the project. ETH is a project with a massive future which is in progress. no project will have an easy ride. transaction fees is appalling which of the tiring thing with using ETH chain now. it will get better because there is a tight competition already. market crash also will happen which is why you have to determine what you will do in such situations.

I do use ETH a lot more now than a few years ago. Basically only UniSwap tho and so I also hold more ETH now indeed.

I am not sure Uniswap is that much of a Unique proposition tho because UniSwap would run on any other platform too and not have $50 fees.

I do see ETH getting gains when they finally fix the fees like with ETH 2.0 I guess? No idea when it comes.

But the fact is still a small project WITH A GOOD TEAM like KoinOS I mean look at the devs, their githubs, look at their youtube videos, their former projects. Imagine a UniSwap with NO TX FEES. I cannot guarantee and believe that ethereum will go very high in the near future but I still agree with you that the usefulness of ethereum is clearly evident in the crypto market, ethereum's network is almost ubiquitous in this market and part of the value of ethereum is based on this, therefore, a view that has no intrinsic value is false. I think your wrong. Your comparing 2018 peak of the Altbullrun with  2021 beginning of the Altbullrun.
Eth opend the door for so many projects. I dare to say its probably the most important coin/project of 2021 and for the technology itself.
Different Layers, crosschain ect. Once developed and implemented there will be less fees and faster transactions.
Sure there will be better projects, but you dont need to reinvent the wheel.
If you want to make great gains, its not about ETH!  Go find some Low Cap Low Supply Alts with good narrativ, fundamentals  and potential to Pump x100. Its now or never (Alt least till next cycle)

So what is eth about then for you? You made a pretty high quality post going into some details,
but as already stated last bullrun eth went to $1400 and then down to $80. I mean the only logical
way to hold eth forever no matter the price i can see is if you are Brock Pierce and got like millions
of eth and already sold a good amount. Then indeed at some point you couldnt care less if eth goes
down.

But I assume 99% of people on Bitcoin Talk arent Brock Pierce yet.

So your only chance really is go in low market cap projects if you want financial stability for yourself.

The kinda odd thing with this is even if nobody will ever dethrone ETH, then what is even the use of
Uniswap and all the Tokens? Which then also opens up the question whats the use of ETH with all
its altcoins?

Because as I see it right now store of value (bitcoin, and smaller projects with potential) and
trading are the main features of crypto. There is some percentage being used for payments
too of course, and some other things. And defi too like Nexo (for which you dont need ETH).

But all the other things like oracles/gateways to the real world are still being worked on and
still finding themselves. I think people would prefer decentralized solutions not just an eth token.
