Gamblers - How do you use your signature campaign earnings?

I usually try to save up as much as possible, so that's the main use of my signature campaign earnings. When they grow in value enough I spend some, usually during the bull runs.
My nature of a hodler makes me think twice before I gamble anything away or use for charity, which doesn't mean that I don't gamble or spend on charity, just that fiat is much better for it.

I do actually have the same behavior where my trader characteristics do really sticks out into something which i do get involved into which means if i do earn something then i do
tend to save it up and wait up for some bull run for those coins to be increased on fiat value which means you can celebrate later on when it do happen but well im not really
that much of expecting for that thing to happen because we dont know if the market would be on the positive side or on the negative.Signature campaign earnings are
quite small but for most people these amounts would really be enough for them to make a living but its a bad idea to solely rely on it.

For @Mauser even if we don't get any dividends by holding our signature earnings still we can get a good profits if the price pumps, I know it's different scenario if the market collapsed but still we see how the market creates good profit to the holder so if you can hold for long term better select this option since sometimes aiming to get money from gambling is really dangerous.

It's not dangerous only in one case, when what you earn from sig campaigns is less then 10% of your monthly income with other jobs. I'm sure we have a good number of such people here on bitcointalk, people from USA and Western Europe, for whom their earnings from participating in sig camps aren't that significant. But even for them it is better to hold those insignificant amounts, because today's $60 in BTC can turn into $1,000+ in the future.

for some the signature campaigns is like investing in Bitcoin without having to buy it from their own money, similar to exchanging work for btc / being paid in btc, but with some quite enjoyable work: contributing to bitcointalk.

True, fiat is better for anything that we have to spend or risk because bitcoin is precious.

If we keep saving, slowly the amount will be accumulated into a serious amount and we can feel that during the bull run.

For me, I would be happy when the market dump so the price of bitcoin will dump and my earning will increase, that way I can save more in preparation for the next bull run, I'm sure some of us here think that way.

Good to know that you are considering or thinking about reducing your expenses thru out gambling, I was engage before and i've learned things the hard way. Now, just like you, I'm treating this place as part of my entertainment, allocating small amount of money from my campaign profits.

Making sure that limits are being applied correctly and never to exceed to prevent big damaged from my fund, much better to work it out the sooner, it's good to learn how to work with bankroll management and keep it, for the best interest of saving your money.

Nothing was wrong by giving yourself a reward of enjoyment after receiving payouts after every campaign because you know that work hard for it and in fact doing a signature campaign requires time, knowledge and effort too. And i guess entertaining yourself by gambling isn't bad, it is somewhat giving back a portion of the profit you have received from the platform which also gives it to you. But of course, an unsolicited advice, be sure that you have already set the priorities first before anything else like saving.

if you're not in a hurrey you can always send transacton with a low sats/byte and wait

but of course the idea of waiting 3-4 weeks before withdrawing to save on fees, proportionally, is a good practice.

I also use this strategy quite often when fees are that high as at the moment. But I do not wait longer than a week or so. If the transaction has not been confirmed within a week I just go and increase the transaction fee afterwards. Wallets like Electrum allow this to increase speed of a transaction. However, sometimes you have luck and the Tx is confirmed within a week with a low fee.

sometimes moving BTC assets to other Altcoins can be very profitable because not only BTC has value and also attracts investors. for example ADA, very few predict ADA will be bullish as it is today. I just thought *if I moved the BTC that I HODL to ADA then I would have made a big profit 'lol'

During the bull run when altcoins follow, altcoins are more profitable as they rise higher than bitcoin, but still it depends on your decision as there's a higher risk when investing in altcoins than in bitcoin. ADA has pumped a lot but we did not see it coming, and we can't just say the word "IF" because we are traders, we should make a decision before the movement or before the bullish trend will happen.

It's what we called as beginners luck, some win but actually not most gamblers as we don't have a stats for that. However, the fact that gambling sites or casinos gets richer, that means the consistency to win is on their favor and that is because of what we called a "house edge".

As a gambler, we should be aware of that so we can also make the right decision.

And not only that. I have improved my English significantly since starting posting here. Also I now better understand economics, cryptography, let alone crypto gambling and gambling industry as a whole. Overall, if I've learned something during the past 5 years, it's mostly thanks to bitcointalk. And yeah, I never bought a single sat with my own money. All of them come from  here.

I have been working with this industry for a long time and have been able to improve a lot on my own but a lot depends on luck before investing.

Definitely true, English is not my first language either, I do use it almost every day though due to reading articles or for research, but not really for writing and expressing myself. Thus, Bitcointalk and the signature campaigns help me maintain and improve my writing and reading skills in English.

It'd be an interesting year for bitcoin but I wouldn't expect a huge drop (>40%) anytime soon...

If you are not an addected to betting i must say that you are really lucky...i have friend that always spend 75% from her crypto earning in betting platform, we are in crypto since 2017 and if he well managed her earnings from crypto maybe he is rich now

I have Invested my 2 months campaign Payments in a Newly promoted Gambling token in this forum , since that amount is what i can only risk in my crypto activities , so Instead of using to gamble i rather use for staking at least more safer but low profiting.

Thats if you're lucky enough but what if its not? You would really be having that kind of feeling of chasing up losses but if you dont really dont mind then its good.

Everytime i do make use of my signature campaign earnings on gambling is that i do regret in the end when i do lost it all but when i do won then that burst of emotion
of playing more is there, until i lost it all, i dont stop midway. 

Lucky if i do able to stop myself and save those satoshis for the other means.
