I'm sorry to say man, but 1xbit confesses stupidly its scam practices. Normally people would ask for proof, but since it's 1xbit I think they'll believe you. How much money do you have in your account? 1xbit_official occasionally responds to the forum, but it is not there to solve problems but to keep people on the line. Nothing else can be done unfortunately. Their official account already have so many negative feedback that anyone who will do some homework before playing with them then they will easily realize that they are proven to scam their customers. It doesn't really matter what the reason is that they close your account. In all cases, reference is made to the general terms and conditions and that they have been violated.

If you then ask for more explanation, there will be no response. I've read that story so many times on the forum and through other channels.

What strikes me and really amazes me: Why 1xbit only has a yellow card and no red one? If they got a red card, wouldn't users be warned a lot more like that?
We need to seek for justice for all the victims that 1xbit has made, and to make sure we warn other users not to use 1xbit.

No one can help you on here OP. There is no other way beside contact their support or live chat and ask the reason your account got locked, it's because you didn't logged for a long time or your account is on risk before.
