That's how trading works, someone will lose for someone to gained.

The concern with SEC still the tough challenge for this project, if you are interested investing with this project or you are going to
hold your xrp assets in hope that price will rise to your expect value, make sure that you are willing to take the risk. This SEC issue
will contiue placing this Project to unknown situation.

If they get some sort of relief from SEC then its price is going to shoot up like a rocket but again it is not clear and risky so if you are ready to take the risk then surely you should grab some.

The market movement does not clear the case file by SEC to ripple company.  I won't say it is not appropriate but I believe it is still too risky because of the said case against XRP.  I guess it is better to wait until XRP team comes out clean.

No it's not, XRP has always been a shitcoin, and now it's a shitcoin with legal problems, it has no future, regardless of how will the SEC's case against them do. The only use for it is some very high risk daytrading, if you're into that kind of stuff.

Don't get tempted by the price pump, look at the fundamentals instead.

Xrp authorities  trying their best to come out from the case of sec lawsuit..  In this case,if xrp authorities  able to do so then be sure xrp will be again Once  into moon ..  I am also not interest  to invest on xrp as it still risky..  As soon as i gonna get a clues  of come out from the lawsuit  case, i invest  on it..  Now all is depend  on your  matter..

wise action when that xrp is hit by a lot of problems that you still trust in xrp, and i myself also see that every management must have a lot of problems and maybe xrp is too exposed out clearly and repeatedly, so that its position is somewhat dubious, but if you look at the market cap there is no change that is too dreaded, but to anticipate what you do is wise.

I agree with you. Maybe after winning XRP against SEC buying ripple makes sense.

You can buy now at your own risk since xrp still got a pending case filed by SEC which means it will give you second thought on  what will be the next situation it might bring in for xrp. In my part i only buy xrp for withdrawal purposes and convert it directly to fiat to cash out and that's what make it more convenience to me.

The bull already decided when it dip to $0.18 and immediately bounced back heading to where it came from as of now if you are a risk taker I think its ok to accumulate as long as XRP is above this support line at $0.17 it will continue to sideways but if any good news will come about the SEC lawsuit for sure XRP will be back to momentum again and achieve a new price to atleast $1

no one says that buying xrp is illegal or inapropriate but like what @raidarksword said just buy at your own risk or buy what you can afford to loose so that no matter what happens with the pending case you are still going to be confident that you are only going to loose small money but if the case gets solved then good news because the xrp can now increase and back to normal and that also mean extra gains for you  .

 im still converting some of my btc to xrp till now to play gambling and i agree if whatever the outcomes  i will get  . its either i loose the value or loose in gambling
