The post OP has written is a good example that Bitcoin is a great investment asset. Even if you are scared of risking, Bitcoins price lifecycle shows that its price will either return to its higher point after going down, or will go even higher. Bitcoin investor need to have only two things - ability to hold and resist passion to sell with first signs of price going down, and secured PC or wallet.

I have burned several times selling holding or part of them when the price went down. Now I have confidence that what ever happens, my investment wont disappear or becomes costless.

it is good that you bought $12000 dollars and invest in bitcoin the past days ,weeks or months maybe you can sell it now so that you can get profit.Nowadays bitcoins price drops everyday, when the time bitcoins is lower price that's the time you invest  and wait for it to pump again. It's a good thing that you managed to buy at somehow a good price before BTC went up to almost 40k. You could've earned more of what you have invested earlier before BTC even hit 20k just a few months back. The movement of the market is different from the previous bull-market due to large institutions getting involved in the market. It is pretty good that there are still people lately realizing the worth of having or obtaining Bitcoin at a lower price although it somehow late already for it much be better if you have bought at the lower rate when Bitcoin have experienced a big dump last March 2020 because you can surely gain more profit if that is what you have done. But anyway, it is still so good that you at least have gained from the decision you have made and it seems pretty good that you are enjoying the benefit of the rise but do not just settle for that since you have bought Bitcoin passing its ATH, then be prepared once a dump comes and embrace yourself upon doing decision whether to cut your loss or be patient on holding. In my opinion you are not wrong here but you are risk taker that is good thing for investment. If you do not take risk you can not be gainer. Everywhere now are positive news and many big big economic gaients also accepting BTC as there transaction. So be positive for BTC market and you will be gainer in near future.

Pretty much an incomplete idea else it will confuse others.  Risk-takers that calculate and minimize risk are the one who has more chance of being successful don't forget patience, perseverance, and learning along the way.



OP just invested at the right time nothing more nothing less, it so happens that the market is currently at the beginning of the Bitcoin surge when he decided to invest.  A lucky gamble if we think of it.

we mostly need a courage but a big capital isnt necesarily needed because we can still invest in btc even we only have a few and we can get the same benefit as the op , that is to earn a profit if ever btc price increases but also if we are patient as well to wait because i never i see a an impatien person win something out of his investments but looses are mostly they incured .
