Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

I don't think you should be requesting random private messages, cause through that you can get inaccurate information, better to get advice publicly so the community can equally verify it. Or you could look up members who give credible information and message them (that way, you choose who you're getting assistance from)

Hi everyone I need some advice about how i should start off with this?
For me, you start off understanding what Bitcoin is. That's the first step for newbies. There are tons of information available online, through videos, articles, podcasts etc. Choose the medium that works best for you.
You can try out this article for help with the basics - https://www.coindesk.com/learn/
Security is very important in Bitcoin as you ideally should be your own bank, here's a guide on that - https://cryptosec.info/wallets/

Check out stickies on the various threads on the forum, also use the SEARCH option at the top bar to help find anything you need.

Also how much should i invest? I know it is very high right now.
Invest what you can afford to lose. This amount would vary with individuals so no one can give you an amount.
About the high price, that's why it's necessary to do your research. What do you expect from the market? Some predict a dip and as such wait for that, while others expect the price to keep soaring so they jump in regardless of the high price.
Investment is a personal decision, as you fully bear the risks.

why not create an account via binance, or any exchange that are well known , dont be like the guy who post that he bought btc in a unknown exchange now he don't know what to do, its like 0.02 btc, dont put your money at risk, buy in an exchange with good reputation, good luck sir

I'd encourage you to get off the Blockchain (I'm assuming that's where you are storing your wallet), and look at storing your wallet on a local machine so that you, and only you have access to the private keys, and preferably hasn't touched the internet upon creation.

So, before you even begin to think about investing, you should look at the responsibility that you have for your coins. You cannot rely on a third party such as a bank, and you really shouldn't rely on a exchange or other website wallet. Take responsibility for your coins, learn about the different types of wallets, and make your own judgement on what would suit you the best. For example, Electrum might suit you if you want to quickly access coins without having to download the whole blockchain or perhaps you want additional security via a hardware wallet.

Unfortunately,  there is pros, and cons to each, and every method of storing your coins, but fortunately there's plenty of information out there for you to read up on those.

blockchain app you mean blockchain.com app? well its main feature is to provide a multi-coin wallet. they also have an inbuilt exchange. but I never used that. but overall blockchain.com is a trusted and reputable company. I used their web wallet for many times and never had any issues. I don't know about their mobile app. please be careful from phishing and fake apps.

about the investment. no one can tell you how much should you invest. it should be 100$ your own decision that how much to invest and where to invest.

I think OP was just overwhelmed due to a vast nature of cryptocurrency in general and it's obvious that he is quite confused on how he is going to start his journey. However, it would not be a good idea to advice a newbie to start from an exchange in storing and buying crypto without having any prior knowledge of possible risk of identity theft, losing coins etc..

I'll be leaving some educational resources to complement the advice of other members. This will guide you on how to properly start your bitcoin journey as well as to avoid creating random account in various exchange.

Also how much should i invest? I know it is very high right now.
I would rather invest for myself in self studying the what, why, where of bitcoin first before directly investing in an asset you do not fully understand. It would be pointless to invest if you do not know how to properly safeguard your bitcoins, which wallet you are going to use and what not.

Today, news about the growth of bitcoins will not only be joyful for all holders, but it can also negatively affect those who hear about big profits and become nervous, trying to have time to invest their savings in bitcoin.
I see that the OP is one of those people. And you did well to come to the forum to consult with more experienced participants. News in my country often writes that some elderly old woman, who decided to increase her pension, gave all her savings to people who promised to help her and eventually disappeared, leaving her without money.
I understand everything, the excitement and bustle of people at such times have always been and will be. But OP, take the time to calm down and learn as much as possible about how to get it right. Take some time to read the forum. There is also a lot of information on the official bitcoin.org website. Pay attention to the first tip that is given there.

You will always have time to lose the accumulated value, it is much more difficult to restore everything later.
