P2P platforms are a pretty much good place to get deals. I searched for BTC sellers from the countries you are interested in, and I see a dozen of them there.

No KYC platforms seem less popular compared to the KYC or custodial counterparts. So choice is upon you

I have seen so many complaints about Luno which includes their high service fee charges plus exaggerated coin price rates. If OP considers using them, he should try doing some small research or test transaction.

I use Luno daily and never had any issues, I have been using it since it was bitx and I am still using it today. How much are you looking to pay in fees and what is your payment method?
