I've wrote this post on reddit, but I think is a good idea spreads this communication anywhere.

I am yet another victim of the KYC / AML verification impossible to satisfy. I've sent all requested documents, and after this only silence.

Since many have this problem, it would be advisable for us to find a meeting point to present the legal action on a large scale. Right now HitBTC is blocking my funds, which amount to 10 BTC, and after trying to fulfill all their demands, they have been silent for days.

Two years ago, the user u/pedxs (you can dind original post here https://np.reddit.com/r/hitbtc/comments/94ju9t/starting_a_class_action_lawsuit_from_boston_ma/?user_id=735114650679 and an article here https://www.financemagnates.com/cryptocurrency/news/hitbtc-user-rallying-support-for-class-action-suit/), following a contact with a lawyer, had obtained the necessary amount to support the costs of a legal action in 1000BTC (when BTC was worth less than $ 7000). At the current exchange rate, 250 should be enough. I'm trying to make contact with the user pedxs since he made himself available in his last post to collaborate with other people who ended up hostage to HitBTC.

Anyone who wants to help me can contribute even just by spreading this message to collect the resources as quickly as possible to proceed with the legal action.

I also try to contact on twitter the user @Sicarious_ (https://www.financemagnates.com/cryptocurrency/news/hitbtc-freezes-customers-account-for-months-apologises-after-exposure/) which was successful two years ago in soliciting support (thanks to its over 50,000 followers).

I suppose that by bringing together all the users who have problems, it is possible to raise the necessary funds to continue the work of pedxs.
