So definitely we are going to see Lopez at least fight once this year against his mandatory. And this is Lopez's response.

If somewhat there will be more vaccine shots around the time, maybe Australian government will allow boxing fans and watch this live and this is a win-win situation specially for Lopez as the money generate will increase because of the live gates.

And it's good to know that Lopez shows interest and not acting like a diva and willing to travel to Australia to show this talent against their locals. Let Garcia-Davis-Haney beat each other first before they can go after Lopez which is the top fighter in the division.

Lopez is a much superior fighter here he is a heavy favorite after the Loma fight Kambosos can give him a good fight but with Lopez power and superior ring generalship I don't think Lopez will have problem disposing Kambosos, it's a good build up fight for fight with Haney, Davis and Garcia in the future, I like to see the odds it's will be good to see how boxing aficionados reacts to the odds.

Once the IBF orders a fight it is impossible to avoid it. It is basically a done deal and they just have to come to an agreement. Lopez should be a huge favorite and that is why he is willing to go to Australia. If they can fight with an audience in the arena then he will surely be paid very well.

Since it is around the Australian continent, I think that the fight will progress without a hitch. The only problem with that is if the live audience are consisted of tourists which could definitely slip through some cracks and cause an infection.

Teofimo seems to be the darling of the crowd because they considered a rematch with Lomachenko which gives him a hard time, considering that Teofimo Sr. and Bob Arum want this fight and Arum sees this as an easy money, I think the odds will be higher on Kambosos.

Live underdog here, we should also consider that Lopez will go to Australia, a hostile crowd. So Kambosos has all the advantage here, used to the climate, will have the fans behind him (if the organisers will allow them) so this will be a good fight. Lopez is not yet hitting his prime, still there's a room for improvement.

On other news, related to Lopez, Haney is now targeting him maybe because the Garcia vs Davis could push through. But there are reports that Lopez is asking too much money.

This pandemic made it so hard to commence, we only knew the possible effect whether final decision might be yes or no. Because of travel limits, I don't think each team would brings 100% support on their boxer. What's important right now is to expedite the vaccination worldwide so that our confidence with our health will be back to normal. We can't move on gambling for boxing sports if health crisis wouldn't be resolved, yet two years of pandemic is nearly approaching.

This will be an easy fight for Lopez if he can control the fight in the early rounds. All he needs to do is give that Australian boxer a wake-up punch to let him see the difference between them. I've been watching boxing fight for over a decade now, I saw when the boxer started to fight in the ring and when both of them throw some punches, you can see one of them is hurt by just taking some jabs from their opponent and that's what the difference I'm talking about. Lopez has that kind of power and when it hits the chin of his opponent, that would be a good nap for them.
